Excellent way to buy from small business boutiques

I ve used Trouva a couple of times and have always found it a good way to shop from independent shops and boutiques it s an excellent way of gift shopping I think because the stores are small businesses you get better service than the larger department stores who I often have delivery problems with Sorting out problems with these stores can be a nightmare I ve never had any delivery issues with Trouver s shops but I am comforted to know I will be contacting one person and not going through the sometimes hour long phone calls with department stores Mostly I like the products which tend to be more interesting and better designed and I like to help these small businesses even if I can t get to the in person

Had to return a lightshade which was slightly damaged I was asked to send couple of photos and it was picked up within days and refunded almost immediately Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly 100 recommend and will use again

I ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas which was very hard to track down in his size and eventually I found one through Trouva who were representing a small boutique business in the North of England Ordering was straightforward and communication about the order and delivery was clear and timely at every stage Best of all the shirt arrived beautifully packaged with a note of thanks from the business owner well in time for Christmas
