we ordered at tuincentrum nl because we were promised delivery in 2 days We got the message next day that delivery in 2 days won t b possible and it can happen when tuincentrum is able to book transport - maybe 4 5 days maybe later We proposed paying extra for trasnport to get it in two days that was not possible either We canceled the order 23 June today is 27 July We are still waiting for the money Already sent 4 reminders and got confirmation twice that the money is sent it was not This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online shop

Trusted Trust pilot but I should have read the Google reviews instead

I placed my order based on the rating of Trust pilot but I should have read Google reviews My order was placed over the weekend and was confirmed I should receive Tuesday but then Monday got a note that my delivery was delayed due to technical reasons Long story short It s nearly a week later and I am still missing items from my order No response from Tuincentrum via email no followup from them around when the delivery will occur wrong items delivered etc WILL NEVER order from this place ever again

Terrible service no customer support available I will never order from them again

Terrible service no one ever answers the phone for customer support they have not been able to deliver the products twice and have rescheduled they also sent an email of the products that they will be delivering and it is not the correct amount of products Very disappointing I don t trust them

Low quality

I ordered two acer palm trees Japanese esdoorn Delivery was quick but the quality of trees was very low comparing to similar shops such as directplant nl where I usually shop Some of trees branches were broken the trees look very sad and unhealthy and the pot was filled with lowest quality ground nd soil I am dissatisfied

They should deliver on Saturday

They should deliver on Saturday already longer waiting than normal 4 days nowadays its normal to deliver next day Tried to phone them no reply no reply on mail and its late afternoon and reading the other replies on the Internet I think this is a kind of malafide company and I don t think the delivery will be made today If you can t handle your stuff first get it sorted out I want a refund of my money I already informed Paypal Order 2517VP 105

NO time of delivery mail

I was supposed to get a mail day before the delivery to let me know what time the items would be delivered but didn t receive any mail Then started calling the Klientservice number since morning and left messages but no responce called a lot of times since had no idea what time the items would be delivered had a very busy day but all got cancelled because I had no idea what time the things will come and finally it was delivered between 3 and 4 p m

Very bad experience with the services

First their delivery was incomplete Secondly some of the items have been in very poor quality And worst their client service have returned back to me only once and never delivered the missing items and they were very reluctant to understand how bad were some plants even though I sent the pictures Great website but very bad experience I lost a lot of money and I am not considering to buy from here again

Tuincentrum nl has problems labeling their products with update

Update Something changed after writing this review The update can be found at the end of this initial review -- Initial review --I m very disappointed with this company 2 years ago I ordered a self-pollinating Plumtree I placed it in the best spot in my garden and let it grow This first-year the tree gave only small fruits I did not make much of it because it takes at least one year for the tree to establish its root system In the 2nd year I the tree fruited again Unfortunately they weren t Plums but Apples And not only any apples but bad-tasting hard green apples that only serve as compost nowadays I complained to Tuincentrum they asked me for a picture and the receipt I had both gladly After presenting the evidence they offered me a 50 refund 50 seriously I was sold something I did not purchase I was given an inferior product in the process and now I am left with an issue in my garden If I want to fix the issue I have to uproot a well-established tree that gives very undesirable fruit All because they failed to label their products correctly And yes the label clearly stated that it was a Plumtree not an Apple tree I decided against accepting their offer It is just ridiculous They had one job and failed miserably -- Update -- So after writing this review I got contacted by Tuincentrum nl Their approach has changed significantly since then so credit where it s due They ve been quite polite and understanding this time This of course does not change anything about the original issue but I am glad to see that they are working on changing the way they approach their customers So after being contacted and giving my order number I was given an apology and offered a full refund It has been a long time since the moment of the purchase so in all fairness they did not have to do any of this I accepted the full refund since I did not get what I purchased anyway And unfortunately I still have to root out the tree that I originally planted from them Beyond that I was offered to be given for free a plant of the month I decided against it since I have a particular idea of what plants I want in my garden I m glad that at least we reached a more centred point this time
