Diabolical customer service Submitted an email regarding a product smooth chopper that is no longer functional due to damage from wear and tear Three months later I ve heard nothing Bitterly disappointed after spending literally thousands of dollars over the years Will never buy anything Tupperware again Furthermore will strongly discourage friends and family from doing so under the premise of a lifetime warranty - which is clearly a lie

Bread Smart is anything but a Smart purchase
I have been a huge fan of Tupperware my entire life so I had great expectations of the Bread Smart I bought the junior model and followed the instructions to the letter however my bread went mouldy faster than had I left it in the plastic wrapper it came in A complete waste of time and I am unable to return it as it has been in contact with food

Hopeless warranty service
Hopeless warranty service Makes it impossible to return anything easily Tried to consider sending one thing back and told 30 day warranty not lifetime one they say With better products out no need to buy Tupperware anymore I used to be a devotee of Tupperware but not now that returns are a challenge and costly to the customer Also return replacement may not be available and will possibly be given a voucherForget Tupperware as no longer the great company they were

I d give zero stars if available Similar experience to others Online warranty claim quickly approved but instead of faulty lid being replaced I was sent a 15 voucher The lid isn t even available online I had to return the faulty lid as part of the warranty claim I am now without a lid out of pocket with postage and processing fees and Tupperware won t reply to my emails and my Tupperware consultant won t respond to my texts Tupperware s refund process is very misleading and dishonest It lacks integrity and transparency My strong recommendation is to buy elsewhere

No reliable Customer Service after sales
I have been buying a lot of Tupperware containers over the years in India But whenever I need to replace the worn out lids it is free as per their lifetime guarantee I usually face refusal from the dealers and the standard excuse is that ants have eaten the lids I m sure this has been taught to them by the company I know for sure that there are NO ants where I keep the containers and the breakage is obviously due to wear and tear and certainly not due to insects I tried writing an email to their customer care dept and also sent a reminder but there is no response after 10 days Their customer care number is not received by anyone inspite of repeated calls during their working hours I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING EXPENSIVE TUPPERWARE PRODUCTS AS THEY ARE CERTAINLY NOT LIFELONG AND THEY DO NOT REPLACE THE BROKEN PARTS AS PROMISED16 8 24 - I would like to add that after repeated emails sent on their customer service email ID which were acknowledged and unanswered phone calls to thier customer service number I have still not heard back from Tupperware regarding my complaint

BreadSmart - not so smart
Bought the BreadSmart which is supposed to keep bread soft and delicious for longer Despite following all the instructions the bread remained soft but we can t eat it after max 4 days because of amount of blue mould I have never experienced mould like it on bread or rolls Gone back to my snap lock boxes and put the BreadSmart down to an expensive mistake

Tupperware has sadly lost the plot
Do not and I repeat do not buy this dud product I never would have thought that in all my satisfied purchases on line over many years it would be the Tupperware brand leaving you feel cheated The bread box is no different to leaving your bread on a window sill on a hot summers day I m now left chasing up a refund and paying for the return delivery costs Tupperware must be under new and younger management as it s clearly no longer the trusted brand of our mums and grandma s generation Sooo so sad

Don t buy this overpriced rubbish
I bought both the large and small BreadSmart largely because of Tupperware s reputation - never again These products are completely rubbish The bread is mouldy within 4 days in both boxes In my view Tupperware are guilty of gross misrepresentation probably to the level of criminality I will never buy Tupperware again and will encourage others not to I am surprised no-one has started legal proceedings and I will certainly be in touch with Trading Standards

Waste of money
I bought the Junior model but am disappointed that after two weeks use bread has started to go mouldy after 4 days with white spots and full blue mould after 5 days This is in winter temperatures in a cool and shaded cupboard with fresh bread each time I bought this based on Tupperwares reputation for good quality products Better than a plastic bag because it s more convenient to access each slice but does not stop mould at all
