We are frequent users of VRBO and this one is on the top of our experiences Well kept unit and lovely back yard We would definitely consider returning in the future

Everything was as expected and beyond My only complaint was some of the flotation devices for the pool could not be inflated but there were plenty to choose from so not really a complaint The faulty ones should be disregarded

A beautiful new home

A beautiful new home We were greeted by a member of Turnkey Vacations and introduced to various systems We enjoyed four weeks and would certainly recommend this home to others

Perfect central location to everything

Our family of 4 stayed very comfortably in this cute and clean condo It had everything we needed and more It was just about 5 miles from Main Street in Kimball Junction We also drove to several other towns nearby and you can get to any of them in less than 30 minutes We also drove to Salt Lake City one evening it s just so close to everything This unit is on the second floor but is at street-level and can also easily access from the garage under the condo via the elevator The elevator is right outside the door which is a plus and it was never loud with passengers At the club house the pool was closed for the season which was previously communicated and the hot tub was closed the day we went to check it out for some reason We loved the fireplace that heated the placy up quickly and perfectly but there was also a heater too We would definitely stay here again

The attentiveness and responsiveness

The attentiveness and responsiveness was excellent The video was perfect and was stocked with everything you would need My only complaint would be the 10 digit lock code process to enter property is complicated and with so many digits it caused multiple issues trying to gain access Although there was an option to set the code to 4 digits it never worked and we accidentally reset it to another 10 digit code which required us to ask for assistance from the property manager I would recommend using the incoming guest s last 4 digits of their cell phone to simplify gaining entry without having to fumble for your phone looking for the text message with the 10-digit code

Turnkey was very responsive to our questions as well as to the issues we had with the house The irrigation system sprung a leak and mud slid into the pool Turnkey had workers there to fix the system and clean the pool in the same day The house was lovely and well equipped as very clean
