Our family gathered together in Park City for our first family wedding We stayed at High Meadow and Nightstar Both homes were great mountain homes with exceptional amenities Great for visiting and spending time with family friends

The best vacation rental

This was one of the best vacation rental I have ever experienced It accommodated my entire family of 18 well Everything was clean and ready The kitchen had a lot of cooking utensils for us to use The location of this rental was in the center of everything The house is walking distance from the beach I would highly recommend this vacation home for a large family

We have rented a-lot of homes and this stay is at the top AvantStay was so wonderful easy to work with We had a couple inquiries once at house they responded quickly House had basic essentials which was great Will definitely look for home managed by this company in the future

Great house and great memories were made

We had a wonderful time during our visit staying at the Sonoran There were 8 of us and we had the best time The house was perfect we had plenty of room We loved the big tables indoor and out for eating all together and for playing games The pool was awesome the house was clean and the sunsets from the rooftop deck were priceless Thank you Avantstay for a wonderful experience

Awesome find This house was perfect easily accommodated our family of 8 Property felt private which we enjoyed had an amazing view from the back patio area pool table hot tub washer dryer full fridge We enjoyed being able to take the kids and boulder climb directly out back or across the street from the property Home was minutes from town in case you need a grocery store fast food or restaurants The downtown area had fun shops and delicious food A quick but delicious spot is The Dez Fine food Short drive to Joshua Tree Park with fun hikes and rock climbing

Great customer service

Very happy with my experience with AvantStay I just wish they were in more cities They are way ahead of the game in terms of customer service Any time I had a question I either called or text and they were quick to answer It s different than an Airbnb because you never have contact with the owner of the property and it s more one central place that handles the requests I like that because sometimes the owners can be flaky More importantly they were 200-400 cheaper than Airbnb or Vrbo Score I will definitely stay with them again I will say that there were some small things like better toilet paper and including tissues in the rental could be improved
