Lack of communication to receive a refund

I have contacted this company on six seperate occasions and asked them to phone me back and I have received no contact from them other than the regular email of Our Friendly Fairies are currently experiencing an increased volume of emails you can expect a reply within 24-48 hours That was 5 days ago All I want is a return address a refund as the product that I bought is not what I expected Helena

Very disappointing

Very disappointing I hadn t realised the products I ordered were coming from overseas so took three weeks to arrive but that in itself wasn t a major issue The pictures you see in the ads are in my opinion purposefully deceitful The two products I ordered are advertised at an original price of 59 reduced to 29 What arrives is extremely badly packaged boxes squashed and twisted is nothing like the photos advertised Two very cheap and tacky looking Christmas decorations awful quality look like they cost no more than 5 I cannot stress how awful these items are and I would like to warn anyone else about falling for this scam as I did

B S Excuse for Customer Service

well let s see First you can t speak to a human and customer service there is no customer service phone number Anything Customer Service related is a generalized type thing scripted The same way cash app works you could never get a human being on the phone unlike PayPal where you can actually speak to humans in customer service Which is why I don t use cash app anymore So I m trying to track my order and the tracking number is not a tracking number with the US Postal Service so good luck trying to find an order especially if you re trying to go out of town to give this purchase as a gift if my purchase doesn t show up by tomorrow which is Saturday December 30th I ll be contacting PAYPAL so that they can arrange for a refund because this company absolutely sucks Customer Service wise so beware if you buy anything from this company and their so-called fairies that they call their customer service people

DON T BUY IT S A MONEY TRAP

I ordered two twinkling stars For some reason they charged me on 4 twinkling stars in other words a double charge I have tried to contact them ever since but they only replied once by asking me if i m sure that it s a double transaction and not just a hold and after I replied that it s indeed a double charge they stopped to communicate and just disappeared This company is nothing more than a heist If you want to lose your money so this company is for you Also I m still waiting for my order It s been 3 weeks already since I ordered

Don t waste your money The cheaply made lightweight brittle plastic fairy light tree broke the first day It was a gift and the recipient threw it away The company would not give a refund without a video I m out 40 The reviews on the website are completely misleading

Don t waste your money

I bought 2 trees and other miscellaneous items exactly a year ago and lo and behold once the warranty period passed the tree stopped working Just won t turn on at all I obviously contacted customer service and after days of requesting info and no responses in between there was nothing they could do except offer 30 off to buy another product Why ask for more info if you were going to not do anything anyway I abhore companies that waste people s time when you ve spent and your own valuable time to buy their products Lastly why in the world would I buy another product if it was going to become useless within 1 year PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS Spend your valuable money and time elsewhere

I ordered my twinkling tree on December

I ordered my twinkling tree on December 20 and I still do not have it This was a present for my wife they took my 42 and at this point it seems like a crooked company Maybe I will receive it someday My order number is 118962 and my zip is 49341 This company posts No customer service number to call in My experience with them has been miserable Maybe they will come through and Contact me and I ll get my twinkling tree I have even sent them personal text with my phone number At this point it s a pathetic company

I am still waiting for my order which was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago I am ok with the delay- holidays HOWEVER I just saw the products manufactured by TWINKLING TREE available on Amazon for less than half price free shipping and arriving tomorrow That stinks TT

Do not purchase

Do not purchase They are not worth the price I bought 2 Charming Crystal Lamps First even with the discount they were 39 99 each They are plastic They arrived late in a plastic mailer As another reviewer said they should have been shipped in a box not an envelope The products and packaging were damaged I ve contacted customer service twice to no avail Maybe others have received good products but I have not I ve been ripped off I also tried to leave a review of the product on their website No review can be left unless it is given 5 stars

No customer service to be found

My order was shipped with a fragile sticker on the plastic wrap around the box The box for this item is very thin and should have been shipped with an outer box It arrived crushed I contacted them on the website for a refund They haven t replied to offer a refund or ship a replacement in a suitable box This is very disappointing because it was a christmas gift for a family member
