Disappointed as i bought the willow vine So disappointed as its harder to fit and maneovoure than I thought Needs sturdy fittings too and it came without a plug Poor response from contact too

AliExpress products for incredibly high prices

This company is a scam - most of the products are available on AliExpress or Amazon using the SAME photos and charging much much less The prices on this website are insane For example the moon lamp I bought that exact lamp with the exact wooden stand for 10 off Amazon Y alls need to stop wasting y alls money

Cute lamp but definitely not worth the money

I ordered the Enchanted Lunar Lamp and although it looks cute it was definitely not worth the 39 99 I paid for it The ball is plastic it is very light weight and poorly made In all honestly if I knew it was going to be such poor quality I wouldn t have ordered it but from reading the reviews it would be more hassle than it s worth to return Prior to the lamp being delivered I did have an issue with receiving no confirmation email and no order number therefore I couldn t track my item Also it says online that there is a 24 hour chat service which isn t in use and when you email there is a 1-3 working day wait time for a response All I will say is make sure you read the reviews before you order from Twinkling Tree

This is pretty sad looking

This is pretty sad looking It s both smaller and far less impressive looking out of the box than in the ad I swear I thought it was wrapped in tinfoil when I opened it Kind of bummed with this as a gift

Waste of money

Really disappointed in the quality of these items Buying direct from them also means a huge mark up based on what I have since seen elsewhere both in stores and on sites like Amazon The New Years Sale which had a countdown timer with 6 hours remaining when I purchased around the 7th January must have been reset daily or even twice daily as it is still running with a short time span The packaging is also cheap and tacky so whilst I intended one of the lunar lamps to be a gift I now wouldn t I feel I have overpaid by at least 4 times for that particular product but the shipping costs to return it will make it less worth my time Total waste of money EDIT following reply from the site - Be aware that negative reviews of products anything below 5 star is not displayed on their website For customers checking reviews before purchase anything other than glowing responses will not be visible Pretty shady practice The reviews on their website are essentially pointless

Charming Rose Trees

I purchased two Charming Rose Trees as gifts for Christmas which will now become birthday gifts since I didn t get them in time The shipping took forever and once I finally received the delivery it looked like the packages had been smashed thrown around not cared for at all I am bummed that the company shipped them in a plastic bag type material rather than a box I cannot gift the trees in their original packaging because they are not presentable I did take the trees out of their packages and after a very long time of trying to set them up they look decent I guess I am a little disappointed as I paid quite a bit for them and they look cheap Lesson learned I don t think I ll buy from this company again

Still waiting for my product to be

Update My product arrived one month after paying for it unfortunately not in time for a Xmas present The product was cheap looking and not like it does in the photos I contacted the support team to ask about a full refund and about sending it back and they offered me a 50 refund if I keep them So I went with that Still waiting for my product to be delivered three weeks after ordering and paying I have contacted the support team but their reply was it s with our courier company and should be with you soon I bought this product on the 08th Dec as a Xmas present but unfortunately couldn t give it as it hasn t arrived I will update this review if it ever arrives

Not worth the money

First of all the wait to receive the product was over 3 weeks Secondly the item is of such poor quality for the price Its totally overpriced and looks really cheap I have approached the company and am demanding a refund
