SCAM company You must fast forward to page 3 and onwards to read all the negative reviews these people have They are robbers and need to be stopped Their 4 5 star reviews are all fake BEWARE I had the same experience as all the other complaints

Absolute junk don t waste your money

Absolutely a waste of money overpriced battery operated junk Product was poorly packed and arrived crushed customer service is non existent they don t respond The 30 day guarantee is a con because it involves paying guaranteed postage to Australia PRODUCT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS

I purchased a Twinkling Tree lunar lamp for a Christmas present It finally arrived after 2 weeks This is not great service in the age of next day delivery service When i opened the box the globe was missing from the lamp so j got intouch and got a reply 2 days later to say a replacement globe would be dispatched 4 days later I get another email to say could I send a photo of what I actually received so I sent a photo straight away 3 days later and still waiting for a response customer service is shocking Now I am left with a Christmas gift I can t give anyone now just a piece of junk that can t be used in hindsight I should of checked on Amazon as I have do so now as they have Cheaper and better quality ones and also have NEXT DAY delivery This is a really shocking company yo deal with so i would stay well clear unless you are prepared for a lengthy wait

Seriously overpriced caveat emptor

Since buying the moon light I feel as if I have been mugged I am usually fairly careful online but was badly let down over pricing Today it is possible to buy the same with a remote control in addition for just over 25 of the price I didn t realise that it comes from Australia which also impacts on delivery time Caveat emptor my error

My order arrived in a crushed box with a damaged tree in which the electrics didn t work I have emailed three times and messaged via Facebook to receive a reply 5 days later to say I have to return faulty product to Australia at my own cost for a refund or take a 50 refund I am appalled by this reply and have replied politely saying it s not enough Of course no response Keep away from this cheap company

12 days after ordering still no product I asked twice about the whereabouts and the response was stop questioning as we put you on the end of the list

Big disappointment

I bought a moonstone necklace for a Christmas gift The little UV light they give you to make the Stone glow did not work I tried contacting them several times and if I got a response at all it was 2 weeks later Finally I got so aggravated that I contacted PayPal Needless to say I can t give this as a gift for Christmas as the issue has not been resolved This will be the absolute last time I buy anything on Facebook At least Amazon responds to its customers

BEWARE SCAM

BEWARE Going to twinklingtree com may result in a notice popup DANGEROUS SCAM PAGE We did finally find a way to email them for a return refund but have not received any emails back with return label to send the item We understood that we d have to pay for shipping back to Australia before a refund but without an address we are stuck This is a BAD COMPANY we will NEVER recommend it to anyone This was for our Order number 39371 for an Enchanted Willow Vine for 49 99 USD plus 3 17 USD tax for a Grand Total of 53 16 sent to Mary Jo Santimyer in Scottdale PA USA

I purchased two twinkle tree lights I did not receive a receipt with order I have emailed customer service three times in attempt to return product The response I receive is NOT helpful nor do they provide return information They were quick to remind me that there is a 30 day return policy At this rate 30 days will expire before they provide return information

The tree I ordered is low quality and I want to return it within the 30 day window I have sent multiple emails and received one response asking why I wanted to return it They have not provided an address or information on how to return it It is frustrating and it feels like they are not responding so the 30 day window will expire
