This is JRK Holding The company changed their because of the JRK s practices Go to wikipedia to read about JRK Do not rent from them They will not fix anything and the rent keeps increasing You will pay 1000 to 2000 in extra fees to their utility company and they raise the fees when they want to and you will just have to like it One fee is their Environmetal Fee If your heat goes out they will not fix the HVAC unit You will be told to use the emergency heat or they will offer you a space heater AC goes out you get one window unit to cool the whole apartment Faucet doesn t work right we have to get permission from HQ to buy a new one light switch doesn t work we have to get permission from HQ to buy a new one Run don t walk Beware STAY AWAY FORM TWO COAST AND JRK
