I have used Typesy for about 3 months now and I am only 10 years old Typesy has helped me learn fast and easy only 7 minutes a day help support is great and they are very patient

Terrible Customer Service

Customer Service person was extremely hostile and childish and refused to address my problem and actually resorted to insulting me calling me stupid Edit I was told you want more details but that is all there is I missed the deadline to respond as I don t read my emails that much I also don t want that person who did this to me to give me anymore hassle And the issue I had turned out not to be resolvable anyway I consider the matter closed I won t be doing business with Typesy and so my review is final
