Looks like a scam website Paid for two products through PayPal including postage Transaction went through so UBuy has my money The website indicates payment incomplete which is a load of rubbish I email but get no response I message via WhatsApp and get what appears a standard message of apology No tracking number no acknowledgment of purchase so I have started recovery of my money via PayPal Don t trust this company They are not trustworthy

TO BE CLEAR my review is in regards to company ubuy co nz or 09 7777250 iykyk and that this platform is for reviews for a similar named business that is NOT ubuy co nz or associates if you look at the top of this page the logos are also different so please don t be confused this is something that works in favour of ubuy co nz because they are not directly getting the NEGATIVE reviews about their company If your as frustrated as I am about ubuy you need to contact your bank I am with BNZ they have escalated my complaint about this company and has been referred to BNZ s high risk fraud department their legitimacy and management is currently being questioned It would help if whoever is having issues with this company to do the same the more people who forward their complaints to their banks BNZ especially would be more effective It would also be effective to make a formal complaint to the commerce commissions fair trading act Ubuys complaints number that s listed on Ubuys policy terms is disconnected and the email address is unattended which means they are not followed up Call times can be up to 2-4 hours on hold and the email info ubuy is also unattended I have been waiting for my refund for 5 months This company needs to be shut down its fair to assume that I am only 1 of 100s and 100s who have had issues with ubuy

Just a follow up on my last complaint still no refund I can t get through to them at all unless I use a different number I m very frustrated an angry I will not be getting anything off this company ever again an to top it all off my TV I got off them I waited 5 months to get it to have it blow up while we were watching it I call to let them know they say someone will get back to me about it an still haven t heard from anyone This is very poor service

Absolutely useless They re so fast to call you to buy more things from them but so slow to deliver have emailed so many times calling them is useless you wait for so long most times they don t answer no replies to any of my emails Have been a very loyal customer for so long and had no issues until this recent order Even when your order has been prioritised it STILL takes forever to get to you SO USELESS

This company is a joke they never answer any phone calls and their products don t come with chargers and I have to wait 80mins on hold that s terrible service and bad advertising Don t buy anything from ubuy unless you want to get ripped off

Scamming POF just like everyone else have been trying to get a hold of somebody like anybody but nothing Iv asked these people to stop coming to my mother place as her English isn t good and doesn t understand but they talk their s Up and she falls for it Undelivered item Tried to visit a couple of addresses listed they re not even their bloody frauds taking people s hard earned money I am trying to make contact as I want to know what exactly is my mother paying for and what the out standing balance is They seem to only respond to good review We re looking at getting legal advice maybe even fair go if that s stil a thing
