I have no way of tracking my order because I signed on as a guest otherwise I would rate the experience a lot higher

Great service except the Spektrum smart s2100 charger I ordered a week ago still hasn t been shipped And no communication from Ubuy as to why

The website isn t a scam just a bit dodgy I spent 2k on a laptop they massively overcharge you on shipping and customs costs for me that tacked on an extra 200 The laptop was sitting in a warehouse for a few days before I had to email them to find out what was going on and it shipped shortly afterwards Communication was good and they did what they said they would the laptop is exactly what I ordered perfect condition etc Though the shipping invoice claimed the product was only worth 500 not sure why they did that Just a slightly dodgier version of Amazon I think

Hi Ubuy thanks for the delivery which was on time However the price of the product was 40 nzd more expensive than if I had brought directly from the supplier So do your research on pricing before ordering from this web site

No real complaints I see one of my orders is still in order confirm after a fortnight But when I bought that product the webpage clearly said it would take sometime to send my product
