The docking station cannot clone disk its button was already pressed When I try to use it it cannot be pressed So I opened it but I couldn t fix it Its button is very poor quality

Bought a Worx saw and paid via PayPal

Bought a Worx saw and paid via PayPal saw got cancelled as it was unable to be sent to NZ due to a customs condition that I knew nothing about why it was advertised as available I cannot work out I requested a refund of my 173 but nothing was ever refunded to our accounts after emailing them etc Had to go back thru the great folks at PayPal who sorted it in a day Thanks to PayPal its now resolved I suspect I would still be waiting for a refund I won t trust or buy from this retailer again

Good then bad

Purchase and delivery was quick and easy However the product I bought had a manufacturing fault and ubuy was not at all interested in sending me a new one The only options were a refund upon return of product or money towards repair Also I was away from home on holiday when it arrived and I was told too bad because it was delivered while I was away and I didn t call them within 7 days of delivery Best I could get was refund without return after communicating with several people Based on those terms of service I will not be using Ubuy again

2 week delivery delay

Well I had ordered an item online they had given me a free set of headphones to go with the item im buying well they delivered the headphones and have been 2 weeks late on delivering my original item

The delivery agent was hopeless they gave me a date when the item was going to be delivered then complained when they tried to deliver on a different date when no one was home they also said someone told them to take the parcel upstairs yet no one was home Doh DHL sucks

Great service except the Spektrum smart s2100 charger I ordered a week ago still hasn t been shipped And no communication from Ubuy as to why

The website isn t a scam

The website isn t a scam just a bit dodgy I spent 2k on a laptop they massively overcharge you on shipping and customs costs for me that tacked on an extra 200 The laptop was sitting in a warehouse for a few days before I had to email them to find out what was going on and it shipped shortly afterwards Communication was good and they did what they said they would the laptop is exactly what I ordered perfect condition etc Though the shipping invoice claimed the product was only worth 500 not sure why they did that Just a slightly dodgier version of Amazon I think
