I ve waited 5 months for a damn Hoodie I opened up a refund case with PayPal UHoodie fought my claim and I was denied So not only was I robbed of my money I never received the product I ordered Horrible customer service DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

No response for emails late delivery

Horrible company They say they ship by DHL and USPS but they instead use a Chinese shipping service So they are already misleading They do not have an actual social media page for any of the social links they put on their website it just sends you to the Shopify page Even if it is in China they could have at least made a page on a Chinese social media service They also do not respond to you when you package is and most definitely will be late or not even arrive I have sent numerous emails about a order I put in on the 6th of Oct and it is now the 20th with no update Horrible business practice Do not trust these people

Terrible Shipped 3 months late and the totally wrong size Ordered a youth medium for my son and got a size that would fit my 250 pound husband Emailed them about my problem they were corresponding with me right away and I thought we could work it or They Said they would discount a shipment on the RIGHT size and I would get it quickly it s now been 5 days and I m being completely ignored by them Stevie is the rep as to how to reorder or get a refund The only time they will respond is after you blow up their scam with a bad review they smooth it over by emailing you and then they just quit responding again Trash company so far

SCAM ALERT

I orderd a 4x pink flitd hoodie that was jan 20th i still havent gotten it and insted of stevie never sent me a tracking number instedt i get this dead tracking number i contacted paypal BBB and the people who deal with overseas purchases i hate that i didint listen to the reviews
