I chose UK Car Discount for my new car purchase I found their on-line process excellent and easy to use I saved money by using this company and was kept updated by good customer service keeping me informed The expected delivery date was put back however but this was out of their control due to the shortage of electronic chips affecting the whole of the car industry When the car was delivered I was delighted I also used their recommended company to sell my car All in all I was impressed with UK Car Discount and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others

After placing my order a small deposit is required I was kept informed of delivery dates etc You only pay for the car after it is delivered and you are happy with it After sales service is excellent and a follow up call to see everything okExcellent service all round and I recommend buying your car via uk car discount the prices can not be beaten

Can t fault the service from UK Car Discount Buying my new car through them was really easy and I was kept up to date by chat phone and email throughout And I saved 3 300 on the list price of 26k Despite coronavirus restrictions the process was straightforward and done exactly as scheduled And yes it s true I didn t need to pay for the car until I had taken delivery and was happy Overall a superb job by Brian and Harley who routinely responded to my emails and queries within minutes I shall definitely use UK Car Discount again in the future Well done

Using UK Car Discount to purchase my New Ford Focus ST line X was a positive experience from beginning to end I was told how long it would take for the car to arrive and this was completely accurate When ever I telephoned to ask questions there was always someone available talk to and I was able to add the extras I wanted Emails arrived immediately confirming any decisions made When the car did arrive a delivery date was agreed All paperwork was sent and I did not pay for the car until I had inspected it and taken it for a drive All in all an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them The car I have bought is stunning

Delivered today I admit I was wary about buying a new car on line but the saving over buying from a dealer I just could not ignore Deposit was on Barclaycard so that seemed safe and did not pay until the car was delivered and inspected Slight delay due to coronavirus which was understandable Car came all the way from Wales on a trailer All perfect so very happy

Having never bought a car in this way before I had my reservations well not now as this was one of the easiest and best ways I have ever used I bought a VW Tiguan at a very good price and was quoted a reasonable 6 months delivery timescale The car was delivered spot on when promised and delivered to my door There were a number of calls and emails when it was ready giving me all I needed to complete the transaction and follow up call after delivery offering any assistance going forward if I need it What can I say spot on service
