I ll try and keep this as balanced as possible I ordered a supposed stock Fiesta at the end of March 22 for immediate delivery Chased several times as no delivery date was confirmed and given a different delay story every time No updates were ever forthcoming and I had to chase yet again at the beginning of May to be told they really had no idea when that particular vehicle would actually be available An alternative stock vehicle of similar spec was then offered and finally delivered on 11th May I was pleased with the price I paid but felt the service provided somewhat underwhelming and also disappointed that the car was delivered with an 8cm scratch on the driver s door

I order a Nissan Qashqai 1 6 diesel on the 11th July 2014 my first experience of online discount car purchasing I was initially given a 10 to 12 delivery and I was eventually informed the car would leave the factory on the 17th October This did no happen and I was informed the car had been put on a back order with an unknown delivery date This was apparently due to the demand and supply of the Diesel engine Brian Bennett was most helpful and thought a 1 2 petrol may suit my requirements I had a test drive and was pleasantly surprised and said I would go with this The car was delivered within a week and delivery went as planned despite my initial concerns I would recommend uk car discount for anyone who has not tried this type of car purchase before The only point I would make is don t expect to be continually updated regarding the progress of the order

I love my new car but it took longer than I expected and there was an item missed off the spec However they were very helpful in the main and I would recommend them

I had some reservation but was Happy to go ahead after the company E-Mailed me back several time with different quotes until I found the car I wanted Will use them again

I have no hesitation in recommending this Company Their order and delivery process gives great peace of mind i e price confirmed in writing and secured by minimal deposit followed by final payment on acceptance of vehicle So why only 4 stars Well my order was for a Nissan Qashqai and the delivery dates for some models are months This is not the fault of UK Car Discount but I had to telephone several times for an update Knowing the problem perhaps they could have taken the initative and kept me and I am sure many other potential Qashqai customers informed if not happy Perhaps I am being unfair The car did arrive four months after order and that was much better than our main and very large Nissan dealer could achieve That all said I would deal with again without hesitation

All was going well until seat said sorry we are not making that model any more seat Ibiza st not there fault but annoying so we had to start again step up the seat leon st bit more but after that no problems at all this is the 2nd time i have used there service all went like clockwork
