I placed an order for a new Volvo XC60 with UK car discounts on the 6th March 2018 paying a 1000 00 deposit I was informed that it was just like placing an order with my local dealer with no risk I received confirmation that my order 49GW7 had been placed with Volvo and I should expect delivery some 12-13 weeks later On the 14th May some 10 weeks later I was told that due to circumstances beyond their control Volvo had cancelled their discount terms and they could no longer supply the vehicle UK Car discounts immediately refunded my deposit The team at Uk Car Discounts has always been friendly and helpful However everyone should be aware there are risks when placing an order through UK Car Discounts This resulted in me taking out a 26k car loan with an independent loan company I have 4 years of debt and no car to show for it Disappointed and let down does not even come close I believe Uk Car Discounts could have tried harder to offer me an alternative solution but sadly no communication received other than the cancellation

Very poor service I ordered a car on 4th June I was assured twice in August delivery was on schedule for September In the final week of September my car was cancelled and the deposit returned The cancellation was communicated by email a telephone call would have been the least I would have expected from a reputable company

July 2021 my wife wanted an Audi A1 at the local Audi garage it was 500 more and delivery January 2022 at UK Car Discount via their Audi dealer delivery was November 2021 delivery so choose UK Car Discount what a mistake my wife would be driving an A1 now In October I chased delivery up and was told with chip shortage the vehicle was delayed till January 2022 I accepted this as in the Email it promised the car would definitely be delivered at the fixed price of 21 660 being made Week 2 and delivered to the Audi dealer February 2022 Then out the blue December 21st an email stating that they could not fulfil the order and sent the deposit back At the SAME time advertising the same car for 3000 more

My wifes Audi A1 is being built this week 8 ordered January 2022 and will arrive early April 2022 the Audi dealer felt sorry about us being scammed by UK Car Discount and gave a good discount but its still costing 2 249 05 more When u buy from a third party some manufacturers rights are lost For Brian to promise to chase in the New Year then have 1 Months holiday sums UK Car discount up

Picked my wifes new 22 plate Audi A1 up from Tamworth Audi on 4 04 2022 after ordering the vehicle January 2022 this was after ordering the same vehicle from UK Car Discount July 2021 and 2 weeks before build January 2022 just getting an email that the car order was cancelled and 1 000 deposit back wasted 6 months

My experience with UK Car Discount was difficult to say the least but I have to say up front I have a car albeit not the model I originally ordered and it was 9 weeks late On the positive side I think I got a good price but I am not entirely sure of this as it was difficult to price check and as we had waited so long for the car to arrive I did not want to give up the opportunity of the quick delivery promised on the alternate model The guys at UK Discount cars are all nice to deal with but I found that communication with them was one sided as I had to chase to get information When I ordered the car I was told that it would be supplied from a local dealership it actually came from Birmingham and as I live near Chelmsford the car has 190 miles on the clock which was disappointing To coin it all I received the cars registration document today to find it was registered in the wrong name I have asked UK Cars to rectify the error and after 24 hours I have not had a reply meaning that I am not sure whether this affects insurance or after owning the car for 4 days it will have 2 registered keepers of its new and correct registration document I am the only customer that has rated this company poor this is not sourer grapes I just wanted to share the frustration I had to endure when purchasing my vehicle and to share my experience

I placed my order and paid a deposit for a Volvo XC60 with UK Car Discount at the begining of December 2017 I was given an expected delivery date of mid February and sold my old car in early February on account of this March and April came and went but no car just various excuses for the delay UK Car Discount offered to refund my deposit but I decided to hang on having been told that it will arrive eventually On 9th May I received an email saying my deposit was being returned even though I had not asked for it The explanation from UK Car Discount was that they could get no response from Volvo about a number of delayed cars and were consequently withdrawing all Volvo cars from their product line Obviously an extremely dissapointing experience although the guys at UK Car Discount were always helpful and responsive Nevertheless I have decided to purchase my next car through more conventional means

Inquired about buying a new 2018 Ford focus 1 5l Titanium 150ps and 182 ps also tried for titanium x Went through all the bull with options etc Got what looked like a great price offer To then get to speak to a person Ah wee problem There are actually non available Despite the website saying there were Same again for a Seat Ibiza 1 5l evo Non actually available despite the website indicating they were Complete waste of time This isn t the only so called great deals online only purchase site that pulled the same trick

Yes I got a new car at a great price but be warned if there is a problem they re not interested in sorting it out I received my lovely new car and was enjoying it while I waited for the V5C document when it didn t arrive I contacted them at first they said to wait a bit longer so I did when I contacted them again they said they would look into it and come back to me straight away they didn t the third time I d had the car about 3 months by now they email me to say it was registered with the DVLA incorrectly they were sorting it out with the DVLA A few more weeks passed I emailed them I was emailing them because each time I phoned I was told I get a call back and never did I was told the car was registered in my name but the wrong address but when I phoned the DVLA I was told they couldn t give me any information because the car was not registered to me In one of there emails they suggested I sent of a V62 to register the car myself and they would reimburse the 25 fee so I did this and after having the car for 5 months I finally received my V5C document showing me as the second owner of the vehicle I emailed them only to be told it didn t matter and they wouldn t be refunding me any money

Beware the company were excellent up to delivery of the car but on querying why i have not been supplied with a V5 Registration Certificatewhich you would assume came with the car - nothing- totally ignoring my emails It would appear that you have to source this yourself at your own expense I was not informed of this before buying the car
