I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea in January My doctor prescribed ExciteOSA My husband started seeing improvement in my snoring after only one week of using the device I also wear a FitBit watch and my app is telling me that I don t wake up in the night as much as I used to It has been almost 3 months since I began treatment and I still use the device about 5 times a week I found the customer service to be helpful At one point I felt like my device wasn t working properly because the exercises felt too easy I scheduled a teleheath visit to discus the issue and the customer service representative said there was probably build-up on the mouthpiece He suggested that I scrub the mouthpiece with a clean toothbrush and water Previously I was only rinsing it That fixed the problem immediately

This was an expensive experiment and despite the cost I was somewhat sceptical of the prospects for success BUT I have to say that having just completed my initial 6 weeks and amused many friends in the process with stories of what I was doing it has been amazing Having had up to 30 of my night snoring the last 6 nights not quite in this order have been 9 8 7 6 5 and last night 4 Another app records my general sleep score which in the last month has been the best for 1 year I will continue using this as I have no desire to go backwards and would definitely recommend it

I ve struggled with sleep apnea for several years but was unwilling to use a CPAP I tried a dental oral device but it caused jaw issues for me eXciteOSA has been a game changer I no longer have breathing disturbances on my oura ring and I m sleeping alot better

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea during 2020 was always tired and severe brain fog This led me down a path of either a 2k mandibular adjustment device or CPAP Being single both of these are embarrassing to use while dating in addition to just very uncomfortable in general to sleep with Thankfully I googled alternatives and found ExciteOSA I was skeptical but also know how important strength training is for the rest of the body so why not the tongue After a month or so of use my sleep was already deeper and less interrupted I was feeling like my self again and using a device for only 20 mins a day was a huge win Only con is insurance doesn t cover the cost of any of this device yet And there s reoccurring expenses every 3 months HSA can be helpful for this however

Really easy to use

Really easy to use Way better than having to use Cpap which could be really uncomfortable Would definitely advise it to anyone who does not have severe sleep apnea and have been recommended to use the device to treat their snoring or sleep apnea Could be a life changer for you and your partner if one of you is a snorer and help improve quality of sleep and life
