Enjoy sleeping again
I ve had sleep issues most of my adult life and I was finally at my wits end My Doctor referred me to Sleepstation With their help and support I ve had a new lease of life and it s made changes to other aspects of my life Having a personal coach was invaluable I could message them with any issues and recieve support which was amazing I ve been given the tools to to fall back on should I need them to help me manage my sleep Each week I recieved a progress report and from my personal diary they were able to point me in the right direction and between us we tweeked the programme to suit my lifestyle and needs I only wished I d found out about them years ago Insomnia can be soul destroying but Sleepstation can help you manage yourself back into a normal healthy sleep pattern and educate your attitude and thinking about sleep

My sleep has been transformed with the help of sleepstation The message function provided great individualized support from the sleep coaches the techniques I ve learnt have made such a difference to my sleep Special thanks to Iain my sleep coach who took the effort to really understand my sleep issues explained the science techniques brilliantly My insomnia meant I was only getting between 2-3 hours sleep a night but after 7 weeks with the sleepstation I m getting 7-8 hours every single night I can t stop telling everyone how good this service is especially seeing as I accessed it via the NHS

I ve struggled with poor sleep for
I ve struggled with poor sleep for years and in recent months it has been especially bad After 6 weeks of coaching with sleep station my sleep is greatly improved The programme is well researched and presented and it is wonderful to feel supported and understood I highly recommended the course

Sleepstation review
I was referred to Sleepstation by my GP Initial reservations were on my part but found the information helpful and all in one place Some days I did find it difficult to complete diaries because of lack of sleep I have a house to run you still have to live a life Doing diaries does make you stop and think It is a structured plan with ideas I had not thought of and honest feedback from them good or bad assisted me Their support was good I am more confident in discussing sleep issues as a result of their help and I will use what I have learnt from them going forward

Sleepstation has turned my life around
Without a doubt would I recommend the Sleep Station insomnia course The 7 week programme has helped so much I had used CBD oil and hypnotherapy prior to starting the programme My personal sleep coach was amazing I have been supported via messaging across the 7 weeks It s hard to be consistent and follow your schedule but so worth it If your GP recommends it to you then you must use it

After almost 4 years of bad sleep going through menopause trying anything everything to help I finally gave Sleepstation a try really wish I d found this earlier The techniques suggested have made a huge improvement on my sleep pattern from 2-3 hours a night to 6-7 The tools videos are very helpful the support team have been great When I ve struggled with certain stages of the program they have suggested a different structure to get me through I am off the sleep pills for the first time in years my mood memory concentration have improved immensely I can not thank the Sleepstation team enough would advise anyone struggling to sleep to give them a try

10 years of chronic insomnia
I have had 10 years of chronic insomnia and I have to say I was very sceptical that this programme would work for me However my sleep is definitely improving- it s still a work in progress The most effective intervention for me was the sleep restriction I had implemented most of the other suggestions Sleep restriction worked to correct my circadian rhythms But it does mean no more lie ins at the weekends- a price worth paying for better sleep I also really liked the ongoing support I received and the opportunity to ask any questions and to get a timely response- very helpful Thank you I recommend this programme

I was referred to Sleep Station by my GP Having mega problems with sleep IE taking sleeping tablets to get some sleep which felt unnatural which had been going on for many months Having been on the therapy for five weeks with Sleep Station I can now say that I am getting to sleep quicker and enjoying some solid sleep Although all contact with Sleep Station is online it was so helpful and straightforward to understand by the coaches All help included videos weekly and updates on my sleep patterns etc plus there recorces were readily available to read with lots of help and ideas to suit everybody For me personally it has been excellent and I can t thank them enough MrD R B 1

Invaluable help with insomnia
I suffered insomnia for years but after a particularly debilitating attack I got an email from the Charity for Civil Servants at work offering me a place on Sleepstation The course is great - plenty of practical advice to address sleeping habits and hygiene and anxiety It s hard work but worth it The vital personal support I got from my caseworker allowed me to vent my distress and get help with my specific problems It s a few months later now and I am still keeping my sleep times regular even on holiday I am sleeping a LOT better I am a lot less anxious Thank you
