Ram was fine but Franco didn t answered my last request so I couldn t activate the software Office 2019 easily I had to waste time and energy in order to get it

I have some keys of Office 2019 Professional Plus for PC Lifetime Full Edition Retail that I did not activate at the time of purchase and now that I want to activate them Office 2019 Professional Plus does not recognize them Do you have an expiration date

I guess I am a bit upset with my last orders from UNIQ I was asked to build a new PC for a friend of mine The complication was that they wanted a Home Theater case So I ordered the gear from a previous supplier knowing they were waiting for stock At the same time I placed and bought from UNIQ Win11 o s and Office 2021 lifetime My understanding was that the purchase was guaranteed for 90 days But NO I misunderstood what they advertised After the PC gear was delivered the software would not activate said the keys were already used to many times So chatted with UNIQ They explained that I should have used the activation within 30 days They gave me a new license for the O S but refused for the Office I feel I was a bit conned Of course when one is pushed with cost then one does some research So I found another supplier for the Office 2021 lifetime at a 20 lower price Thank you getrenewedtech com They too are on Trustpilot I won t abandon UNIQ as they have done wonderful jobs for me in the past

Lost a license and unable to recover after factory reset of machine

I do not know because I am not get software yet

Licenses are not generated immediately as before they must be managed Last week they sold me a USED license They are expensive for Argentina It doesn t work like before

The purchase process was very streamline However once that I downloaded the software and the installation began I was not given the chance to select the language I wanted the software to be installed instead the installer selected the Operating System language by default That was an awful experience

I had to make contact via the website to get my keys issued Not a huge deal but minor inconvenience

Good service in general Last two purchases make me to contact support to obtain the licences despite having paying them
