I ordered the Premium Package but when it was delivered I had to pay postage owed when it was advertised Free shipping Also the ESA Tag and ESA Collar is missing

When I ordered the package for 69 I thought the esa letter was included it was not and I had to pay an extra 40 just to get that the total was 109 dollars and it wasn t even a letter it was to my Gmail account you need to make clear what is available in the package

"Good intentions less results"

I did receive the registration ID card for my dog I never got a call from the therapist just an email I had to reach out to her again to confirm that my dog is ESA certified She sent me a document that I am unable to open and never responded to my request for a pdf version I will be calling to get a copy of the actual letter

"Overall the experience was good"

Overall the experience was good However my initial order was lost and I ordered the most expensive package 3 weeks later I called and they updated the order and shipped my items When I received the order they put a vest instead of a harness I ordered I called again and the lady said we will ship you return label You ship the vest to us and we will send you the harnace I said how about you ship the harnace with the return label and I will ship you the vest It s been a week Haven t heard from them again Will have to call back today again The customer service is gery nice and polite but they can t get their act together
