DONT USE THIS COMPANY I would give them a 0 star review if I could You make a mistake and they won t give you back your money they lie to you and then act like they never said what they did And customer service is so bad MANAGER yelled at me I ve the phone and basically called me stupid and hung up on me multiple times Wouldn t let me speak to anyone else Wouldn t escalate the issue to someone else and kept telling me I was wrong HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service and I wouldn t recommend them to anyone You re better off with a different company Probably cheaper anyways

This company is a joke I had to call about receiving my letter when I finally received it and submitted it my leasing office emailed me and told they couldn t verify the mental health doctor and to call United Support Animal to give them permission to verify the doctor When I called they told me it would be an extra charge to verify the doctor WTH did I pay for the letter is useless if I can t verify the doctor I asked to cancel and get a refund the guy on the phone told me I can just dispute the charges with my bank I will never use another service like this They make you pay first and then tack on all these extra charges The doctors are probably fake I DO NOT RECOMMEND

"They just want your money they don t care about your mental health"
I initially gave them 2 starts because one of their employees was very helpful but they kept flagging my review with the name of the amazing employee that helped me and the horrible one that was extremely rude and hung up on me causing me to have a breakdown I am giving them 1 one star now because they lied in the below update they commented saying they would contact me Aside from the rude employee I got the paper work I needed Again thank you to that great employee who helped me she knows who she is you deserve a raise

I WAS BUMPED FROM 2 FLIGHTS THAT WERE BOOKED 1ST CLASS THE WOMAN CHE KING US IN WAS RUDE AND REFUSED TO HELP ME AND MY WIFE WE STAYED AT THE AIRPORT FOR 8 HOURS WAITING FOR ANOTHER FLIGHT AND ME AND MY WIFE WERE SEPARATED ON THE FLIGHT SHE FLEW COACH BUMPED ON MY RETURN FLIGHT WICH WAS BOOKED 1ST CLASS AND FLEW COA H STILL WAITING FOR MY 1ST CLASS FLIGHT RIENBURSMENT WHEN I TRAVEL FOR WORK I HAVE THE OPTION ON WHAT AIRLINE I WILL FLY WITH I WILL NOT BE FLYING WITH UNITED AIRLINES THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IS THE REASON

"LETTER REJECTED UNRESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT"
I had used this site before at a previous apartment with NO TROUBLE When I moved and presented these documents to my new landlord they REJECTED my letter and called it fake I have made SEVERAL 6 attempts to contact customer service by phone and email and I either get no answer at all or my issue is never resolved and I m not contacted back I am a low income individual and I loved using this service because I was able to get the help I needed at an affordable price I had to pay extra fees to allow my support animal to stay with me My letter was REJECTED If my situation can t be heloed I at least want a refund since United Support Animals did not deliver the service I paid for

I paid for something that is part of my package - only to be told way later that it was on back order I have certificate and ID cards but not the other things included bc they are on back order But I wish I wouldn t have paid for that if it s not even available or at least I should ve been told when to expect
