UpEquity Performed a Miracle

My wife and I recently bought our first house and even though my company handles many thousands of real estate assets every year we felt a bit anxious We were excited we were nervous we weren t sure quite what to expect of the whole process It is always different when you are handling something for yourself versus handling the same thing for someone else We were shopping our options when we were connected with Tim the CEO at UpEquity Tim was incredibly kind very responsive and not even a little pushy He told us what we could expect he was honest about what UpEquity was and was not capable of and he was supportive when we needed it We asked for a LOT from UpEquity We asked so much of them that people would literally laugh at me when I told them what we were trying to do and I work in the industry We asked UpEquity to get us the hands down most competitive rate around and to get us closed start to finish in under three weeks UpEquity came through with a miracle for us Not only did they get us closed in 20 days when we sat down at the title company the woman we were working with said wow this is the lowest rate I think I have seen I could not possibly say enough nice things about UpEquity The folks there actually cared And not just Tim everyone we ever spoke to was kind sympathetic and energetic about what we were trying to do They were always on our side When things were hard they were encouraging when people were moving too slow they intervened and when it was all said and done they even sent us a perfect housewarming gift that showed they d listened when we talked about ourselves and our likes and dislikes I don t often write reviews but I could not wait to write this one I could not possibly feel more fortunate to have found UpEquity They are a truly talented and dedicated group of people Having worked with them once I can t imagine ever going anywhere else for a mortgage

I ve had the privilege and fortune of working with UpEquity on more than one occasion In particular Bikal Shrestha was incredibly professional polite and efficient and making things happen I was extremely impressed with the speed at which they were able to process a refinance loan from another mortgage company as well as a preapproval letter for a future purchase I give them my strongest possible recommendation for any future business You won t be disappointed

DONT GET SCREWED OVER

They assigned a new loan officer to the company for us and he didn t do enough research He was not communicative with us Ended up loosing out deal and along with that lost our escrow and option money terrible service never even called to apologize for their mistakes

Never use these people or this company

Never use these people or this company a week before my closing they decided not to do the deal which all parties had signed and qualified for lost the property I was buying and about 10 k in escrow monies would never even speak with these people see you in the courtroom
