One star is way too many for this experience The only saving grace was that the bouquet was delivered ON my birthday as requested by my daughter-in-law -- unlike many of the online reviewers However for the Blue and White arrangement 85 of it seemed only to be babies breath Beautiful babies breath but not for the price There were also 3 stems of garden roses and a few snapdragons and blue flowers but the latter two were just one step from being dead upon arrival Hardly worth the exorbitant price tag TOTAL RIP OFF and unbelievably awkward when someone sends flowers meaning well but who was hornswoggled STAY AWAY

Buy local Don t Buy UrbanStems False Advertising at it s Best

2nd time ordering and I will never again order flowers from Urban Stems Another 80 down the drain Flowers weren t delivered at the day and time they said they would despite ordering well in advance and when they arrived after sitting in some warehouse over the weekend the birthday flowers were wilted and dead on arrival Sad sad bouquets from a very sad company

I am disappointed and embarrassed about the quality of the plants that I received for myself and those that I have been gifting to friends and relatives from Urban Stems for the past 2 years No wonder why I only receive polite thank yous and no apparent joy about the product I now understand why no one ever sends me pictures after they ve received their deliveries despite my request The most recent plants that I received 3 were quite pricey and had damaged dry and broken leaves Hopefully with nurturing I can improve their look and condition Urban Stems please do better

Flowers and replacement flowers wilted and broken

This company has a very nice website and good customer service however their product is not acceptable Mother s Day flowers sent to my mom were horrible Though they were packed with multiple layers of materials they arrived with old stems broken stones wilted flowers The replacement bouquet flowers were smashed and wilted The company responded right away but only offered me a credit I will not be going back again to put anyone through receiving flowers like this especially a third time

Ruined Mother s Day Gift

Placed 2 separate orders for Mother s Day One arrived on time and the other arrived 3 days late Both bouquets were completely brown and look like they ve been dead for over a week Online chat offered me a credit for future flowers then offered a refund when I let them know I will never be ordering from them again 0 10 do not recommend

Super disappointed

Super disappointed I got flower bouquet for a friend first of all - nobody called or ring the bell when flowers was delivered - so bouquet stayed under the sun for 5-6 hours and of course there was no water there some of the flowers were broken and dry I never use this service again

Wow - failing on Mother s Day

Wow - I feel strangely comforted after reading these reviews Same story - my daughter sent me flowers for Mother s Day They did not arrive as scheduled or as rescheduled or as rescheduled When they finally did they were dead Really horrible company

Wilted and Dying Bouquets Delivered Monthly

Update August 23 This month s flowers were delivered today and I could smell the decomposed flowers before I even opened the box Fail Downgraded from 2-stars to 1 star I d give them -5 if I could Receiving flowers should not make a person sad but UrbanStems flowers does just that I was gifted a monthly flower delivery and all but a couple of deliveries have contained wilted and dying flowers I ve called customer service and they are fairly responsive and apologetic However the replacement deliveries are just as bad Lately the flowers are not even wrapped in anything to keep them hydrated while in transit Don t waste your money
