The MSI laptop is by far one of thee greatest laptops I ve came across I looked at many review regarding this laptop and to be honest I was a bit scared to purchase it because it is not a cheap laptop I know that I could have and still can return it if I am not happy with it I wanted to check it out for myself to see if in fact the comments made against the laptop where true But man I am very happy with the laptop I also called customer service were really what was said about them but they must have gotten a rep that didn t know much the customer service dept where really helpful and on point with all the questions I had The battery is lasts a lot longer than majority of other gaming laptop of course it is not going to last 7 or 8 hours if your gaming I mean its common sense it takes a lot to keep the game running the battery is not going to last you while you play unlike other laptops this laptop does last longer than many I bought another laptop for my son and that battery dies extremely fast but the MSI laptop does 100 lasts twice as long I like this laptop and will always stay with this product for many years Oh and another thing this laptop is good for is video editing the MSI laptop for video editing is truly incredible I can say much more but overall I give this laptop a 10 out of 10 I recommend this laptop to all gamers out there that are on the move and want to play games while your out Enjoy

First product from Msi but so far an excellent choice
I bought a Gs65 i7 9750H with an rtx 2060 back in September of 2019 It worked so well and ran everything i wanted to at a good frame rate But on may 27th it had a windows update and the pc just died BUT I sent it in to Msi for an RMA on June 1st and they got it back to me on june 5th with a new motherboard Thermals are even better than before i sent it in hahaha I absolutely love this computer nice and light weight keyboard is honestly my personal favorite and the screen is so smooth Id definitely give the customer support from msi 5 stars has been a very nice and non stressful experience compared to other laptops of mine that needed repair Would definitely recommend this computer for people a bit more knowledgeable about undervolting though since i kniw thats an issue other people have with this laptop i have had great thermals though hitting 4 ghz and only 86 C max Overall a 9 10 laptop and 10 10 customer service from msi
