I had a problem with the monitor a midge got under the screen Asus Replaced with a new one But I had to wait about a month for a new monitor to be in stock for me and lose some nerves generally satisfied with the servicethanks

I just received an ASUS rog laptop with the geoforce rtx I am impressed with how smooth the computer runs Great screen too Honestly this is the first windows running machine I have ever used with these great responses - keyboard wonderful with good feel and touchpad almost as good as that of a mac Touchpad scrolling great All the gestures are there The notebook is light too Its a Strix model The keyboard backlighting is great Its just my first day with this laptop But if it holds out then I will be very impressed If you are buying a PC I believe Asus ROG is definitely what you should choose

I accidentally damaged my 350 mobo

I accidentally damaged my 350 mobo slightly so I thought it was gone Then a year later I thought I may be able to pay for a replacement I mailed it in and somehow they replaced it for free despite me stating that I caused the physical damage on the board Amazing

Issue resolved

I had an issue with my cellphone and I contacted Lane directly who was exceptional Lane was extremely knowledgeable and understanding throughout the whole situation and as a customer I feel very confident and happy using an Asus product again Thank you

my experience with asus support was a great one Omar was very knowledgeable and patient with me who is not tech savvy After over an hour he got my computer up and running and i m greatful for that great service

Asus X509 FB laptop--mine was ordered from UAE and it is awesome Boot up in a flash and closing in a flash too Using it for my Virtual task and for my son s online schooling Definitely will buy again another set for my son Hopefully soon

My G750 laptop has now been running smoothly for close to 4 years

This review is related to the G750 product itself Not support nor customer services Just the laptop I bought an ASUS G750 in the summer of 2013 That is close to 4 years ago and I have never had a single problem with it I use it both privately and professionally and at least 8 hours a day It keeps on performing while several of my colleagues have changed their laptops other brands and models several times since then due to performance issues I would buy ASUS any day given the choice
