The level of service received from Mr James Reed and Manager Kevin Anderson and Noah Stone the Customer Relationship Manager was unbelievable Every one of those guys really worked with us to help us get the engine we needed The engine as shipped hundreds of miles so quickly and without incident and with tracking these guys know what they are doing

I dealt with Brain Smith he was very wonderful and I can trust him anytime Brain was motivator and encouraged you everyday it is not easy to buy stuff on line but really assured me and it was great help and a relief when the engine landed Thank you so much Brain and I will recommend him to the world

I previously wrote a 1 star review over a bad engine I received I was having issues with customer service at the time and I now believe we was just having a misunderstanding on the issues Alan reached out to me over my concerns and after I sent several pictures and videos of the issues I was having He has agreed to give me a full refund or a free replacement I didn t have time to wait on another engine so I decided for a full refund although I received a bad engine which can happen these are used engines they seem to be standing by the warranty the only thing i would caution is make sure you read the contract before you sign they can t guarantee milage on the engine regardless of what the sales rep tells you the engine I received had more miles then what I was told and make sure you look the engine over before you sign and take pictures of anything that may concern you If you have issues just ask for Alan Gessler
