Decent just a little slow at times

The transmission I ordered was shipped out and in decent time It bolted on and worked well After a couple of months the valve body went bad and I had to replace it They reimbursed me for the part but it took 3 weeks to get the check It has been doing fine since Would do business with them again

We needed an engine for a Chevy service

We needed an engine for a Chevy service truck and we contacted usedengines to get one Now it was not totally smooth because the first engine was not all it might have been But this is where it gets better We contacted them and they replaced that engine with a better one So it s not that people don t make mistakes that s important because we all do that What s important is how people handle those mistakes and Mr Gessler did the stand up thing in every case So it s not 5 stars because the first one was not good but a solid 4 stars for doing the right thing They do stand behind their work and their promises

The sales staff was able to locate the engine of my needs very promptly and answered any questions I had The transaction purchase of the engine went very smoothly up until the engine was delivered It arrived with no turbos and I was assured the turbos would be included in the purchase When I contacted customer service they were very efficient in correcting the issue had the turbos shipped out to the shop I am very satisfied with the customer service support I received in the end

Correct engine first time noah with customer service was amazing and kept in touch the whole process my only complaint is engine was clearly left outside and possibly in some water wixh in my opinion caused oxidation and made installing much harder as the bolts were extremely difficult to thread I feel it should have been a little less cost for my extra effort and after install cost but I will recommend and look forward to using this company again in the future Just got my vehicle running today and besides a lot of white smoke engine seems to run fine

Great company to purchase from

They were kind understanding and worked with me Mechanic taking a little longer to put in but They shipped when they said they would the delay was with the company I got it later than the said date to receive so now I have to wait for the mechanic to have time to get back to the car But the company that sent it Kept there word on helping me find out why the company roadrunner was delayed in getting it to me so I have yet to activate the warranty
