Done be rude people

I don t enjoy being hung up on and being treated rudely by a company rep because I can t afford your services It s demeaning and makes me feel even worse about my situation so thank you for your terrible experience on the phone

Crooks and liars like most

I give them a 1 Star because it doesn t go any lower than that They advertised free ESA registration for your pet However once you fill out all their questions and upload a picture of your pet they suddenly want 89 98 to complete the registration process And if you want a card that states your pet is registered that s another 89 Plus a collar for 25 a tag for the collar at 15 a leash And a vest for an unknown amount Where s the Free Registration Bunch of crooks and liars

Easy but steals money

Sure it s fast and easy to get registered but what they don t tell you is they charge monthly and when you call to cancel payment they say they do but don t I ve tried for 4 months to stop payments and I still get charged And the recurring charges are not on the same date each month It s random dates They re basically stealing money and won t refund

Waste of time

Not sure why I m seeing all 5 s I had already gone through this process with another provider and it was much better my wife wanted to try something elseHad a 2 minute phone call with Nancy who apparently deemed that enough time to state my anxiety was health related It s absolutely not I played sports through college and still workout 6 times a week I ve had dogs my whole life as an escape and because my anxiety started too young from childhood experience That apparently wasn t good enough Waste of time

You know what I have a platform I don t have to continue flag this hit I verify with screenshots they put it public ONLY to have them flag it again get a message from trustpilot let them flag it again And not just this one but another others but here the go again I take a snapshot of the response to give them my phone number and email address give a email address THIS IS THE SAME WAY THE GOT ME IN THE FIST PLACE TRUSTPILOT is becoming is becoming NON-TRUSTPILOT Allowing a entity to continue to flag again again again again Well you get the picture makes me wonder if someone one the Non-Pilot is talking payments to allow companies to keep flagging even if you send 2 dozen screenshots they put it on line again Again I get an email as with other companies THE company and all over again flagged can flag 100 times I will post every damn complaint I ve made and how trustpilot allows so many rejection people just quit I m not wasting more time on this bullshyt I wanted to just look at ADA laws but the first thing you get hit with a form I didn t want contact said i left something in my basket which was bull becase i was looking for information just 1 day they blew up my phone and emails November 26 20228 52 am9 35 am11 52 am4 55 pm I blocked that numberThey still tried to get through but Hiya didn t let the phone ring but I can see attempted blocked calls December 6 3 51 pmDecember 7 3 54 pmDONT GIVE YOUR PHONE AND EMAIL the GREAT NEWS IS YOU GET CHALLENGED FILE AGAIN I still have all the screenshots

There website is based on lies and they are committing fraud Ironically they claim to fight fraud when they are actually doing it If I followed their claims I could get arrested and charged with a crime They claim to be official US registry and there is no such thing So many other lies on the website - pure fraud

I was asked if you have Agoraphobia how do you leave the house I m very disappointed I personally will not use this service Due to this one experience with them that was my first verbal encounter and will be my last No need for more words Just happened today Sat January 14th Yet another discrimination I ve experienced with a company I WAS considering hiring to access vids so I can train MY OWN DOG MYSELF No good vibes Not worthy of helping my family me or my best friend

These people suck They don t care about your situation and what you re going through They don t care if you are suicidal or if you need your animal to get through the day NEVER get your prescription through here Go through a legitimate doctor not these therapists that don t care about you Customer service is nice though

Be Aware

This is my second time purchasing an ESA housing letter This time my landlord asked for it to be filled out by therapist and they want to charge me for it Why are you trying to take more money from me when it should be filled out with no problem When I ask for proof on the site needing a processing fee for additional documents they couldn t give them to me Sounds like scam Won t be repurchasing from this site

US Service Animals proved to be incredibly frustrating due to their persistent spam calls Despite my clear disinterest in talking over the phone they continued to bother me with at least 10 calls and the last one at 2 a m was the final straw Because of this experience I ve decided that I ll never use their service
