The staff seem to be very understanding

The staff seem to be very understanding even when my anxiety got very high and I started to panic When I said they needed to slow down they stopped and started over with what they needed to say in a slow manner Sometimes for people like me looking for help if someone is talking fast it makes me feel like I am not a person anymore just a number It is nice when people show that I am a person to them

Still waiting on my two follow-ups

The company is very courteous but it is also very like offsetting I guess they give you a lot of runaround because when I was trying and I m still trying to get my final to meet with a mental health professional done I still have not been contacted and unfortunately now if something does not change soon I may end up having to look at legal action because of them not being willing to honor their part of the contract

Very please

My experience was great The person I spoke with was very patient and helpful Unfortunately the collar that was delivered was red and not the pink I had ordered and it s way too big Apparently she needs an extra small collar I would be happy to send the collar back that we received and hopefully get a pink extra small The card with her photo is great I will be referring a lot of friends and people I meet through the rescue group I work with Jo Allen

Toby Unterfranz was the best part of my

Toby Unterfranz was the best part of my experience He was very understanding and compassionate He def takes the cake when helping with more exotic type helpers There was a little hiccup with getting my letter not his fault and a dif circumstance than most however with the help of their staff we did get it resolved The only reason I did 4 stars was because I was waiting over 2 days for a call back and someone put it in the system incorrectly Other than that my experience was great

Core Services and Offerings

The website functions as a central hub for several key services designed to assist handlers and their animals. • Step-by-step processes for registration and certification.
  • Guidelines for businesses on how to appropriately interact with service animal teams.
