There was an error in the delivery but it has been fully resolved They could use a call centre that speaks English to make service better though

We were a bit unsure as the website implies the company is based in Dorset but they are actually in India - and it seemed a bit dodgy to pretend otherwise The preference for phone payments worried us - particularly when they took the payment three times however they immediately responded to us to say there had been an error and refunded two of the payments and followed up to ensure that those had been processed and the printing was delivered far more quickly than I d anticipated and it s great quality for a very low price The emails since the order was placed explained the company s background in more detail they very much are India based and use the profits from the company to support local industries and football and cricket clubs in communities these are great selling points and I m still very confused about why this wouldn t be explained on the website with honesty about the location of the staff rather than any claim to be in Wimbourne Despite our concern we ended up very happy with the products and the customer service was quick and helpful One star lost for taking three payments one for not being honest up front about the company

Update 25 July 2019I received a similar quantity as ordered previously as a customer service gesture It would be helpful if delivery time frames would be clear to the client so expectations would be met and we could decide prior payment sending a replacement business card is good as they showed customer service and it s not good for them if they do not improve the quality of printing everybody wanted a job that has been done to the standards and expectations and not free stuffs I am saying this for them to consider as it will reduce their overheads and we save our time 3 Stars looking forward for 5 next time-Delivery time was not that I expected but there s nothing I could do more Business cards colours were not consistent I had to sent photos of four randomly selected business cards whose colour were not consistent there were aspect in our logo that the red became pinkish and the dark blue was on lighter shades

Average experience Quality was certainly not as good as promised Wont t use them again

I previously said don t use these people since my first batch of cards was sent to wrong address Second batch had wrong details on cardAfter I posted my initial review the company has come back to me apologising and offering to make changes and send me a fresh batch of cards I m optimistic things are on a better footing now

I wanted to rewrite this review for Uthara print I initially ordered some A3 prints on 500gsm carboard however when I received the prints the cardboard was a display card and was much thicker than the 500gsm card I had requested There was no flexibility to this card due to its excessive thickness and thus it was not useable for my project which required 500gsm card I did request if i could please send them one of the sheets of 500gsm card I have which is the perfect thickness so that they can check their stock and let me know what they have for me in the same thickness However they were unfortunately not very open to this suggestion which was somwhat dissapointing They also intially insisted that the card they provided was 500gsm and only after I went to 2 other local print shops who both confirmed that it was definitley not 500gsm card did they admit that what they provided was not 500gsm and was considerably thicker Their reasoning was that they were trying to surpass my expectations and provide me with a thicker more durable card than the one I had requested However the project I am working on requires a specific flex to the card and thus the thicker card would not suffice After some amount of back and forth they eventually did reprints which I recently received These are now much better and the print quality is great This time the card is slightly thinner than what I have and why I would have loved to have been able to send them a sheet of my card for them to compare to however it is much closer to what I know to be 500gsm card and the card I have at home I have not yet had the time yet to see if this card will be the correct thickness for my project as it involves building it into a 3d model and thus the necessity for the correct thickness and flex but it shouldn t be far off I may even consider using them again if they can reproduce me a decent product without all the hassle I had the first time around
