Worked effecticely with a tight turn-around

We were on a tight deadline as my initial go ahead after the quotation was sent was missed by 3 working days They acted promplty and efficiently after telephoning Although there was allot of back and forth to get this actioned we received everything on time

Change of alignment

We did have some difficulty on agreeing the alignment of the leaflet and getting a response about this from Utharaprint However once they did respond they were generous and responsive to changing the alignment and reprinting for us which we were pleased with Maybe improve contact details and be more responsive early on rather than leaving the customer to do the chasing

Good prices and prompt response even if the first batch were printed the wrong size they turned the replacement order around in very quick time Will definitely us them again
