Arrived empty of toner

I received the toner cartridge with absolutely no toner Someone forgot to fill it with toner It did not even print one page I paid 10 99 but Amazon is only refunding 8 79

It s been 3 weeks and my order still

It s been 3 weeks and my order still isn t here No tracking number from them I ve contacted them a couple of times with no response Ironically I have been getting daily junk mail from them

Bad batch of 4 cartridges

Have had reasonably good luck with V4Ink boxes are label InkeSale but latest batch of 4 were all bad with pull-tabs missing on 2 of the 4 Poor quality control

I have attempted several times to order toner from this company and each time the cartridge either prints out completely smudged pages or runs out with a week I look for deals but buying from this company is not a deal at all I won t make that mistake again

They are TERRIBLE

They are TERRIBLE I received tracking number in a timely manner but the USPS tracking site says the package was never given to them I send a question to V4ink customer service and they say that it shows delivered 3 days earlier not sure how that is possible because that would be the day after I ordered it and where are they tracking it VS the USPS site itself They said they would look into it and get back to me an send another I heard nothing for 2 days I then sent a e-mail asking what was the status of replacement no answer sent a 3rd request no answer V4ink is a TERRIBLE company an can not be trusted I ordered direct from them not through Amazon Amazon should drop these incompetent companies

My first and last time

My first and last time buying from this company I received my cartridges but they don t work I removed them and reinstalled them several times to no avail I tried contacting customer services twice by email and 15 times by telephone without a response

NOT GOOD

The toner cartridges fit okay and my printer recognized them The ink color was way light and it didn t last very long I ve had to take out the cartridges constantly and shake them vigorously so I don t have streaks of hard to see print faded areas I won t be buying these again I just replaced them all with genuine cartridges Also not happy that there isn t any information or labels for returning them for recycling as I get with HP cartridges A very disappointing experience

I ordered 3 for my HP printer and they said that they would work Well guess what they didnt and they will not pay to ship them back to them Very poor customer service Do not order from this company
