Wrong product received
Instead of going the decathlon route or other I decided to buy directly from the company website Instead of the bicycle bag arriving via DHL a small package arrived with a vitamin medical bottle of sorts On the box the dhl tracking number etc all matches the tracking information I received from the company and DHL but obviously the wrong package Ive log a query twice on the website but I receive no confirmation email of that query Right now I have a pill bottle I don t need a bag I don t have and which I paid for and unsure how to reach the company From reviews the products of the company look legit but I won t not order directly from them
