I m based in the UK so most of my PT sessions are remote but that doesn t stop Val Even from a distance he shairs his knowledge encuragement and guidence to drive you towards your goals

I first met Val in 2008 when he applied
I first met Val in 2008 when he applied to join the senior Yeomanry Cavalry Regiment in the UK He excelled during basic training and immediately after represented his unit on the highly prestigious Cambrian Patrol competition achieving the coveted Bronze Medal the highest the level Squadron has ever achieved In 2012 he qualified as a civilian Personal Trainer and in 2015 he completed the British Army Physical Training Instructors course Val developed a successful business where he delivered personalised training for rehabilitation and health improvement in addition to assisting other individuals looking to lose weight build muscle or improve general fitness Within the Squadron Val delivered level appropriate training and advice to individuals who were looking to join the Army Reserves but were struggling with their initial fitness assessments through to the more elite members of the unit Val experience makes him a uniquely qualified and very competent trainer and I still call on his skills to assist our recruits with their basic fitness levels Sergeant M Denman VR Regimental Mentoring Support Officer

Val is a genuine passionate professional he made me feel comfortable when I felt out of my comfort zone and took me through my workouts explaining each exercise and it s benefits while pushing me further than I thought I could go He takes the time to get to know you and truly understand your needs and goals highly recommend

No better personal trainer
Val has been essential in allowing achieving my fitness goals over the past 2 years He has tailored my plan to my requirements and has really improved my technique through the demonstrations that he has given to me He has been able to give useful tips and hints particularly when I was trying to increase the number of pull ups I can achieve by suggesting other exercises that would help Val makes an excellent personal trainer and I am really pleased with the results
