Not good

The worst online vape seller I ve used said parcel had shipped I checked after 5 days and it hadn t been collected I emailed and they said they ran out of stock of one flavour and didn t bother asking what I would like instead Parcel NOW being sent but will arrive over a week after ordering Not good as I had to purchase elsewhere but they came next day

Leaks all the time do not buy

Already bought it before looking at the reviews so didn t have much hope Bought it and started leaking straight away constantly vape liquid all over my hands disgusting Waste of 40 odd as bought pods for it too

Parcel went missing but it s my fault apparently

Order didn t turn up and apparently it s my fault for not being home Gave Royal Mail alternative delivery instructions but they delivered on the day I said I wouldn t be home Vape store have informed me that a dispute has been raised with Royal Mail and depending on the outcome I may or may not receive a replacement or refund Seems vape store are doing what they can Problem seems to be with Royal Mail Just a shame it might end with me losing 40

The Rigel Vape Kit internal electronics stopped functioning after 1 week

The Rigel Vape Kit stopped working after only one week I have checked the batteries on a multi-meter and also charged them on a separate charger and the 2 batteries are both good producing 3 7 Volts The electronics inside the device have stopped working I have not misused the device and have followed the instructions

I ve given up trying to order from these guys I tried every option of the age verify and it kept telling me to check my details it wouldn t accept any proof that I offered Waste of my time this is a site that makes such a big deal out of age verification that they re willing to lose custom

I purchased the Endura T18 X Kit

I purchased the Endura T18 X Kit The vape didn t work from its assembly - both coils were burnt out I then bought new coils and it worked for a couple of hours before overheating and spitting liquid This vape also doesn t work with shortfills which wasn t highlighted and the button is very flimsy Very poorly made

This is first time I ve ever had an issue with vapestore they had my billing address which is same as delivery But when I filled out delivery missed my house number needless too say I have not received my order Still awaiting to see if warehouse are fulfilling it
