Aspire replacements coil

Every time I order the aspire replacement atomiser at least one doesn t work out of the pack of five - this time FOUR do not work utter waste of money

Sent the entirely wrong order

Sent the entirely wrong order usually very good but not had a problem before Took a while to resolve their error and send out the correct items I returned the incorrect items the same day and was told my correct order would be despatched It wasn t and turns out they were waiting for the return to be received I can understand that to a point and also if it was my error but it wasn t Customer services need to clearer on the process and I would suggest customers should not be inconvenienced by their errors

Faulty vapes

Ordered 2 smok vape pen 22 kit The vape was faulty i contacted customer service who were quick at responding and sent a replacement upon receiving and testing the faulty vape however the replacement had the same fault So a month later now after theyve received the second faulty vape i have been refunded As much as they were helpful i will not shop from here again as it was a complete waste of my time I expected more in terms of quality

Missing items and faulty products

I m never ordering from here again Firstly I ordered a vape kit and about 6 10ml liquids They managed to forget the vape kit completely as well as a liquid Giving 2 stars because they were able to send a replacement on NDD however 1 week later the device completely stopped working I seriously cannot be bothered with them anymore better off ordering elsewhere

My vape seems to leak alot i changed the heads and still seems to leak alot I did email and was told to put another new bead on which i done but hasnt made any diffrence find im filling it up 3 times a day I dont vape that much

The company I have no calms with just the device purchased I ve never know a tank leak so much liquid to the point after 4 days I had gone through so much liquid wet pockets on different coats I felt I had no choice but to buy an alternative from another shop

I hate your website

I hate your website Its absolutely shocking I add things to my basket and they aren t there when I go to checkout No quick add options I have to open the item and click add to basket and its hardly ever in my basket If I click an item to look at it and come back out I go back to the top of the page instead of back to where I was It s super hard work and the last time I gave up and just put 8 of the same flavour in my basket and checked out Puts me off buying from you unfortunately I gave a 2 because the stuff always gets delivered on time

Obstructive faulty age verification process I had to make 2 phone calls and send emails to get them to fix the process which was a hassle and caused unnecessary delay The e liquid menthol had an unusual aftertaste which fir me made it unusable

Vape battery doesn t charge after a month Had to purchase another vape so I could sent this back for it to be checked local vape store has checked and confirmed its not taking on charge Pain in the neck and Understand its a process but hey 1 month is just ridiculous
