Ordered 8 elf bar which each normally last at least a day these ran out within a few hours

Paid for 24 hour delivery Evri said parcel was damaged and couldn t deliver Disappointed as customer service should of issued another order or refund straight away instead I had to chase with several emails Hoping it arrives tomorrow in tact

Slow delivery and burnt out vapes

Ordered from Vapestore before always selected next day delivery ordered before said time it s never arrived the next day or even the day after that half my vape refills for my elfa don t work I bought 4 boxes 8 refills only 4 refills worked so I ve had to throw away 4 refills because they all taste burnt fresh out the packaging I ve never had this problem before which is annoying probably won t buy them again because of this

Not convinced the real deal tbh

They seem to burn out rather quickly 10 geek vape 3 Crystal bars there ok but wonder if geek are snide because my first one lasted weeks in the car had 10 all over the house within 2 weeks I have non left

Order error lead to inconvenience

An order was cancelled by the site and I was told by the customer service team not to worry to re order and the original amount would be refunded in 3 yo 5 days so I did as advised I was then charged for both orders leaving me in debt and incurring a 40 bank charge for an emergency overdraft I ve since been told I ll receive a refund for the order they mistakenly canceled but I m still out if pocket even when I do receive a refund so I m most inconvenienced It s a shame as this site is excellent fur price quality and dispatch time but his has e really soured my experience with this company

Wrong item either ordered or sent

Can t really give feedback as item that arrived was not correct for my vape Mine has the magnetic connection where the one I received was a screw in unfortunately I had damaged the packaging so could not return 15 wasted

I contacted them about my issues with the disposable vapes I purchased but had no response One of them stopped working less than a day after I opened it which it was hard to inhale anyway Then another one didn t have any vapour come out of it at all

Faulty filters

Good service delivery etc but the filter coil replacements I purchased for my Aspire Pockex were faulty All but 2 of 5 didn t work Not happy
