Just give Vaya even a rough idea of what you want and they will work with you to create a fabulous trip We had a general idea of going to Patagonia a rough idea of what we wanted to spend and how long we could be gone but not many details At the end of several back and forths we had planned a terrific trip -- and the reality was superb We booked our own flights to and from South America but they arranged EVERYTHING else - internal flights transfers hotels many of the meals and excellent guides It couldn t have been better 5 Stars

My wife and visited Mach Picchu in March and chose a private tour arranged by Vaya Hotels guides and all other arrangements were excellent I strongly recommend Vaya to anyone traveling to Peru or other destinations Vaya serves Ann and John

Great trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands

Vaya planned an 11 day trip for my 10 year old granddaughter and me We had strict time constraints but they maximized our experience both in Quito and in the Galapagos Islands Our accommodations our tour boat and our guides in both Quito and on the boat were great When our flight from the islands back to Quito was delayed Vaya immediately altered the plan and made us feel well-cared for They were terrific about all communications and I highly recommend their services

As Good As They Get

Vaya is a terrific agency We ve used travel agencies for trips all over the world Few are as good as Vaya and none better Gabrielle the Vaya rep with whom we worked is terrific We travel a lot and we expect to do a lot of the research and planning We don t do off the shelf packages Gabrielle understood what we wanted and delivered The logistics on the ground--6 1 2 weeks several S American countries some off the usual tourist track requests--were flawless When we wanted or needed to make changes on the fly Gabrielle delivered at once without demur Vaya s on the ground relationships were a huge help Gabrielle knew many of the places we visited and that knowledge helped us avoid blunders This is the agency for setting up and executing S American travel

The trip to the Gal pagos was a long-awaited trip of a lifetime for my wife and me And VAYA fulfilled every expectation Our trip was well-planned and all activities were coordinated beautifully - from airport pick-up to final delivery back We could not have asked for more VAYA is a top-notch vacation planner

A Fabulous Peru Experience

Vaya created a dream of a lifetime for me in taking me through the diverse landscapes and cultures of Peru As a textile artist I was thrilled with the many experiences to see weaving as done by the people in various parts of Peru The hotels and restaurants they arranged for me were first class with great service and delicious food And then of course there was the beauty of Machu Picchu with a knowledgeable guide to highlight the secrets of the great Inca masters Vaya got all the details right so that the total trip was so very special

Where do I begin Gabrielle was awesome We had to cancel the first trip in 2020 due to Covid so then she had to endure a whole other round of my endless questions Each time her response was thorough and quick - always giving me the exact information I was looking for Mostly Gabrielle set up a trip for our family that was so memorable special and amazing Thank you for the memories we will carry with us for the rest of our lives We hope to return to South America again someday and will definitely call on Vaya Our trip was fantastic The flights were all on time the accommodations were great activities were perfect and the guides were wonderful - especially Wilfredo in Cusco and Sylvia in Peru

Fantastic trip in every way from the selection of hotels to the itinerary to the terrific guides and unexpected practical experiences--learning how to paint graffitti on a wall Vaya listened to what we enjoyed most and made sure we had it from museums to nature I love penguins but get seasick so Vaya figured out a way for me to see them up close on land They took anxiety out of travel--from seeing that we had a ride and pickup afterward for a tango show in Buenos Aires to watching out for any signs of violent protests in Santiago Chile with backup plans just in case It was a wonderful experience Thanks to all who made it possible

We had the absolute trip of a lifetime to Peru and Ecuador including Lima Cusco Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley in Peru and Quito and the Galapagos in Ecuador It was completely carefree as every detail was taken care of by our excellent guides We got personal attention throughout and all the guides drivers hotel staff and ship crew members were unfailingly welcoming professional and attentive All the accommodations were top-notch And the sightseeing was spectacular wonderful memories that will last a lifetime If the price seems high rest assured it is worth it
