I bought 5 items 4 were great one had a white and red sticker on marking an area of defects I don t have time to try to return things so I m not happy Happy to report that Venus is very easy to work with on such a problem They have sent out a new dress and sent me a return label for the defective dress

Everything I have ordered from Venus and it s a lot has been beyond my expectations I get so many compliments from friends and people I don t know on my clothes I only sent 1 item back and it was only because I didn t care for the material I will always always be a Venus girl

I ordered a size too big on a dress that was labeled as no returns I called customer service and the man was able to send me a return label for the big one and ship the correct size all for no charge I ll definitely be buying from them again

I had to return a medium for a small Sometimes the size chart just doesn t work but I got the correct size and did not have to pay for additional shipping This was never the case in the old days The small arrived and I am completely satisfied with the fit
