Zehra made my experience great I was talking to her months before I came out got a hair transplant She answered all my questions made me feel very comfortable I mean I didn t even have a passport till I spoke to her She literally took the time out walked me thru all the steps I really hope she gets promoted or acknowledged for this Her customer service was amazing Im so happy I had her as my rep for Vera clinic My overall experience with everything was 10 10 It s really unbelievable how great the team staff is at Vera clinic Zehra is definitely someone you can rely count on She always responds no matter what to me that s so important I just want to say I was lucky to have her Thanks again Zehra I appreciate everything I m looking forward to this hair journey

I did the hair transplant 3 days ago and so far everything is fine except some swelling and inflammation on my face because I didn t use the forehead band due to transplant above ears It seems to be healing slowly I ll monitor how the overall transplant and hair growth goes during the next few months and will update this review if needed and if this site allows it but so far I don t have any complaints Kayra was my guide through the whole process She answered all my questions professionally and was very helpful

Vera Clinic has been very good to me Before the procedure I had gotten so much useful information from one of their employees named Mohamad He helped me schedule the flights and gave me information regarding the healing process and was also my point of contact Once in Turkey the procedure and stay went smoothly and I was always kept in the loop I can t wait to see how my hair grows back

The whole process was organized and efficient The doctors and medical staff were quite competent and caring The pricing compared to the US was significantly less They have excellent customer service including courteous drivers who pick you up at the airport and take you all places you need to go related to Hair transplant Im post 2 weeks after surgery and the recovery is going quite well A big shout out to Zehra who was my contact and consultant she is extremely caring kind and super helpful

The communication with clinic was good and the visit was organised very quickly My contacts - Aslan and Sally were very helpful and provided all the information I was after straight away The operation day was very structured and well planned too Overall I m happy with the decision to go with Vera clinic

Great consultation over whatsapp and transparent prices From pickup and dropoffs to the pre procedure activites and the procedure day was clearly made aware ahead of time and everythign went as described Looking forward to great result in 6 months and will be coming back for the 2nd session that I require to get more coverage

Firstly when I approached Vera Clinic about my HT it was professional all information given without trying to push to sell like other clinics The experience was completely friendly with a smile Once arrived in Turkey they collect you take you to your luxurious hotel The hair Transplant was a 7 hour process that once finished your life will change forever I had a stem cell treatment prior to my HT which will aid the process as I m an older patient plus Norwood Scale 7 I Would recommend Vera Clinic to anyone whom is considering a HT plus I also had 24 Dental crowns installed previously I had a missing tooth plus my teeth were not in good shape Now they look amazing So it s possible to have Dental and HT at the same time with a day or two to relax The stem cell treatment has been pioneered by Vera Clinic Also the Oxy treatment is necessary for the HT to recover quicker I look forward to returning to complete my HT next year Best Robert C-Wms

Let me start off by saying my medical consultant Mirela has been helping me since I started this journey Whenever I have a question or concern she s always quick to respond I m only a week and a half out from my hair procedure from Vera clinic but I have no doubt that my results will be great I highly recommend Vera clinic They will definitely take care of you from start to end

Really good environment very clean and professional I was a bit worried on the beginning because I was doing everything via whatsapp but when I arrived Ive seen that they re very organised I have stayed in a nice hotel and I could bring my wife with me to help me out with the process A big thank you to Nilay for all the support and help can t wait to see my results

At first I was hesitant in doing my hair but the experience over all went good My experience with Beyza which was point of contact from the company was really good She was was extremely helpful from start to end The procedure went well and I ll give an update in a few months to my review once my hair starts coming in I m at three weeks now My only complain is when I did my hair they didn t do my crown area which I was in the impression they will do all of my head Make sure you re very clear with them now I have to go for a second time to get the procedure in 6 months Also I haven t heard back from the clinic itself after I sent my pictures a few days ago I ll keep my experience updates as we go on but as far as my piont of contact Beyza she was 10 10 My experience at the clinic with actual clinic staff was 7 10 I m not sure why didn t cover my crown area when I had allot of donor area they could have used Also they have not responded to my post surgery pics
