No reply from after surgery care in 4 days Tried emailing their support email

Think some of these reviews are questionable seeming as when I was researching a few months ago Vera clinic was rated above 3 and now it has jumped up to almost 5 on most of these review sites I decided to go with them to get my hairline brought forward as they seemed pretty consistent with creating natural looking hairlines and their process seemed quite open and well documented The clinic hotel and translators were very nice which were the positives I was quite disappointed immediately after my procedure Not one person was consistently present throughout the procedure and the hairline was obviously different from what was drawn it was drawn to come to a point in the middle of my forehead which it doesn t now I told myself this wasn t the end of the world and that the unevenness might be due to swelling the right side corner is higher than the left side It s been a few months and it s grown out the direction that the transplanted hairs have been inserted isn t consistent with my natural hair The left side is ok but the right side doesn t blend in very well and pushes up against my natural hair They have multiple people working on you at any given time during the procedure which is sold as a positive but as with my results can lead to inconsistencies I was told the procedure would be done by multiple people mostly trained personnel rather than actual doctors but a doctor would be overseeing the procedure The doctor wasn t present much at all and I think if he had more presence and was present in all the stages of the procedure then it might have been more consistent and followed closer to what I asked My hairline isn t a complete disaster I think it mostly has a natural look to it and it mostly fulfils the reason I got a hair transplant I do think it could have easily been done better and I do regret choosing Vera clinic

It has been now one year when I visited them for transplantation Their service was good Everything wad provided since the time of stay until day of surgery within the cost included However my result is not satisfactory even after 1 year of surgery I raised my concern since 3rd month with proof that the grafts are not as per they claimed of 3490 grafts on the certificate I am still using their products but until now my grafts are falling 8-10 hairs daily and there are eventually less than 2000 grafts as of today I have sent them my head pics after every 3 months There is no thickness at the fornt head and crown area barely has transplanted hairs Having said that their customer service is really good but the final outcome of my surgery is highly unsatisfactory which requires a corrective surgery at their own expense Because this is not what I was expected from Vera Clinic

I booked my procedure and travelled to Turkey last year to get a hair transplant of 3 500 grafts I question this done Travel Accommodation The chauffeur and 5-star hotel were all very good but unfortunately these were not the crucially important parts of the trip Surgery The following morning after I arrived I was brought for my consultation at the K kbakkalk y I hope I have this correct clinic the young doctor for this piece was very dismissive of any queries or suggestions I had and seemed in a rush to move on to the next patient clearly focused on numbers Immediately after this I was brought downstairs bloods taken and prepped for the surgery hair shaved and photos taken after each step A young man did the harvesting of the grafts from the donor area followed by two ladies who did the implanting of the grafts in the recipient area This initially appeared to go smoothly After this I was brought downstairs and a doctor came to examine my head after the surgery Immediately he called in the lady who did the implanting on the right side of my head He spoke in Turkish but it was evident he was not satisfied with the work done on that side and the lady surgeon did not seem to care he then just walked out I asked the translator what had happened and she said Don t worry everything is fine clearly knowing I would not know what was said due to the language barrier- beware of this as they will often use this to their advantage The following days after this it was evident that the grafts were much less dense on my right side of my head compared to my left and there was even an empty area Obviously I said to myself this was too soon to draw conclusions and hoped that time would eventually tell and it would be OK Results Unfortunately my were fears confirmed With 11 5 months post surgery 95 of the follicles should have grown in by now or at least be visible i e one would have a very idea of the results at this stage Currently I have very little hair on the right side donor area even after growing out the transplanted grafts I have to use my original hair to cover a lot of the area as it is so light The left side is much better but obviously this doesn t really matter if both sides are not aligned I will undoubtedly need to get this repaired another transplant which is truly upsetting Post-Surgery Support I just also wanted to mention that the support following surgery is extremely poor and almost non-existent- for the first 3 months there was good support whereby I would send in my update photos and the doctor would give feedback via Whatsapp However following submitting my 6-month update photos I raised some concerns about the lack of density I got no reply so I asked again for an update and the person operating the Whatsapp came back and said They will respond to you when it is available That was 3 months ago and I never heard anything since which makes one feel truly alone on the recovery journey For people reading this and planning to do a transplant all I would advise is please research the clinics in-depth I wish I had done this I have a good friend who went to another popular clinic unsure if I m allowed to name it and had very good results and I really do wish I did the same NOTE The experience is a year long one hence why I set it for March
