I love Verb but one suggestion

I love Verb The only suggestion I would make is the option of a variety pack I know you realized the bundle option recently and that s cool But I don t need 3 bags at a time But if there was a variety bag that would be awesome Or the option to order a mini bag with less or an extra large bag with more bars Sometimes I just want a few of a flavor without being stuck with it for a while With that being said I love Verb Everything is amazing Your company is great and I love what you re doing for healthcare workers

Fantastic product would recommend Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service Generally pretty good flavors there is a specific sort of dusty or chalky flavor in all the bars I tried though I could get past it in the first few I had over the first 2 months of my subscription but after noticing it in all the flavors I tried I just canceled I don t think it s a strong flavor and lots of people I m sure wouldn t even notice it It s a fantastic product I just stopped due to personal preference But I would still recommends these to anyone looking for a yummy energy bar

Normally I don t have any problems with my verb energy bars but when I received my order the other day my bars were dried out They were extremely hard to chew and it looked like whatever coating they put over the bars did not completely cover mine The company reached out which I am extremely grateful for They decided to replace my order I will continue to but from this company

I didn t give a 5 star rating only because I placed an order usually I get a confirmation right away then notification when the order is sent out I had to call to check on when it might arrive then I got the usual follow up texts I believe you just forgot my order I know shipping is slower due to the pandemic but I think it was just an oversight You guys rock

Tasty and efficient

I love the verb energy bars and they re super easy to order They taste great and work great as a pick me up However I don t like that I ve had all but the coconut and they won t send a single bar with my reg order I have to order a sample of 3 for 3 95

SHIFTY DELIVERY

UPDATE verb has really great customer service I think it was mostly USPS not knowing the street address for some reason I texted Verb and told them the issue and they are sending me a new box of bars with expedited shipping and no cost to me thank god because I spent a lot the first time around I love the bars but the shipping is very off putting I put in an order on May 27th and it is currently the 7th of June In that time it has traveled from its headquarters a state away to my state capital then to a town 30 miles north 2 times each I live in my state capital so how is it that it came here Then back to the town up north then back here and back north again I have absolutely no idea how this happens because USPS has never done this before

Delicious

i really like Verb so much I love that they are continually coming up with more delicious flavors My favories so far are gingersnap and coconut chai I can t wait to get my vanilla latte in a couple days I always have a couple with me and i really enjoy them I ve been a customer for about a year now and i couldn t be happier i love supporting this company and i tell everyone i know about them Thanks guys

Verb bars are delicious

Very delicious bars and not chalky at all Flavors are all good - including the seasonal ones Subscription is too frequent for me I have 7 bags unopened but I keep forgetting to delay through text Good though
