Their card machine is awful very very

Their card machine is awful very very slow do not go with them iv never had such a slow card machine Iv had it a week and it s broken twice Yesterday 5th September the card machine approved everyone s card transaction and said it had taken my customers money only to find out no money was taken from my customers accounts I have now lost a Days taking because when people where putting in their pins it was saying approved and my till approved it the receipts even had the card details on but no money taken out Verofy said to me it s a glitch which is very very Worrying and I ll get the money back I still haven t and I have lost a days taking
