Me and my partner recently visited VW Huddersfield initially just to have a look but we ended up walking away that same day having purchased a used Tiguan We d like to say a huge thank you to Ryan who could not have been more helpful He showed us different options tailored to what we were looking for and made useful suggestions We never felt pressured into a sale When we collected the car you could tell it had been professionally cleaned but Ryan did one final spot check and answered any questions we had about using the car After a previous negative experience at another VW branch we 100 recommend coming to the Huddersfield branch for making us feel so valued as a customer Thank you

I never write reviews but in this instance am compelled to do so Visited Vertu Exeter twice for a test drive and discussion about the Countryman S Sport Lewis Gibbons was exceptional in his knowledge manner and professionalism Nothing too much trouble Despite my somewhat obsessive questions about the car s features and financing options He never glazed over once Spent time afterwards with Curtis and agreed a great deal and signed on the dotted line or at least by smartphone Both guys were refreshingly open and amenable I know they want to sell cars but are genuinely great guys and a credit to the dealership and profession Now we just have to wait for delivery I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to a friend or relative - thank you both I see some comments about Vertu servicing may seem mixed but so far we are very confident we have made the right choice Thank you

Great salesmanship

Had a really great experience recently with salesman Shane gough at the Leeds branch Shane made the experience a lot less stressful He was really knowledgable approachable There was non of the usual pushiness that you would typically expect with a salesman He was just really down to earth and gave us information that was relevant to us He was understanding of our needs went out of his way to make the experience more pleasant Will definitely recommend
