Still waiting for a response to my email supposed 10 year warranty Still in great condition not a single mark always protected apart from were it has sunk on both sides so much that you have to look over the hill in the middle Only 4 years old and turned often was a super deluxe but now not fit for purpose as its giving us back pain should last longer than this Beware they don t last

Returns are very very hard

The mattress is OK but not right for us 100day trial is a joke To get refund I have to sort out a charity donation and provide receipt Tried a couple so far and their warehouses are full so refusing to accept My other option is to keep mattress and 50 refund handy tip if for a discount if you do want the mattress Emails so far are pretty unhelpful Website implies all is simple and they arrange collection just like other mattress trial companies Yes they re cheaper than some but quality is not the same and customer service is definitely lacking I think they hope I ll give up

terrible mattress I can t move in the morning I have no back problems with other mattresses hotels etc My parnter is trying to return it but the only option for a full refund is to contact a local charity We will be contacting the bank for a charge back refund not serious

I ordered a mattress topper from this company on the 24th of September and I expected it to be delivered within 3-5 days as described in their website but until now 9th of October I m still waiting I should have read the reviews for this company I would never again order from them

Refrain from this vendor to save your money Tracking number provided and courier says they do not have this item Absolutely no clarity on when the item will be delivered

I placed an order for standard double mattress The company issued the tracking number for delivery On the date of delivery the driver came by the house to only inform he did not find this item in his van for delivery and went back Since then I am shuttled between the vendor and the courier and neither of them were able to trace the consignment nor able to commit a timely resolution and delivery The money is locked in and this bogus company not processing the order cancellation either I wish I had seen the numerous review on similar nature in this forum before placing my order Please refrain from dealing this vendor

Tracking number AHUKB1706189Order Number 100119970This is a complaint for the failed delivery and uninformed cancellation of my order I received a call from your delivery provider informing that he is at my place for delivery I was at work and couldn t attend to the uninformed delivery I had no intimation that the order would be delivered today The delivery personnel pushed me to wither collect now or cancel the order He carelessly cancelled my order without any effort to attempt redelivery It is pissing me off even after paying the money to buy a product the people are so careless that they can t even notify a delivery I didn t even receive any email saying it s been dispatched Such a ridiculous service
