They closed my support ticket
Hello Im Hystericzain and I rented a VPS with them I came from reliablesite hosting game servers with a big dedicated but because of the ddos attacks that I was receiving I needed to move everything to a better protected host 2 of my servers worked great but the principal server did not because of a incompatibility between their firewall and the mod I opened a support ticket to see what we can get done to make it work They were taking 1 and a half day to reply to the ticket in a very poor manner and after I tried the fix they told me after 3 days with the ticket open and 2 messages from support which basically was to downgrade the mod and it didnt work they decided to close the ticket without any notice Sorry for the gramar Im learning english Edit Now they banned me from their discord server
