The dashboard for configuring the firewall is pretty simple and fast which is always nice to have The DDoS protection is great as expected from Path net However we experienced server-sided packet loss issues with our SA-MP game server that haven t been fixed for more than seven days Despite the support team s efforts to contact Path net it was determined not to be their Path s fault They Vibe attempted various tweaks on their end but nothing worked The server-sided packet loss rendered the game unplayable for almost all players I tried being cooperative as much as I could Support suggested moving us to another node but that was unacceptable for me due to the significant number of complaints about lag from our player-base and my unwillingness to gamble again In the end I informed them that we would be migrating to another provider and the original packet loss ticket was closed I tried opening a new ticket requesting a full or at least partial refund but the request was declined Be careful and read their Terms of Service before purchasing their service
