Visited the bar at the Village for drinks and a meal last Friday Fantastic menu choice for drinks and food and really friendly and hard working staff Lucas in particular was very attentive and made sure we had a lovely time

Bristol location 10 10

Bristol location has been a fantastic experience for our party of six From checking in to everything that the location and room provided They truly do exchange a great value for money But I have to say a big special thank you to the Head Chef Eric the breakfast was the best breakfast I have had in any hotel the quality was of a great standard and it was fresh and hot We certainly had a great start to the day because of this We will be returning on our next visit to Bristol

Great service at the Blackpool hotel

I arrived at the Blackpool hotel the receptionist was very attentive on checking in and explained everything very clearly Arriving at my room it was very cold after realising it was not warming up I spoke to Charlotte Wilmot in reception who checked out the heater realised it was not working and arranged for a different room she delivered the room keys and had ensured that the heater was working No fuss problem solved great result Would definitely recommend

Great hotel

Visited the village hotel near Chester St David s Well impressed with the atmosphere it s amenities and most importantly how clean in general it was My room was immaculate and very comfortable all the staff I had contact with were very professional and polite It was nice when the house keeping manager I think she was her name I think was Debbie passed me in the corridor took the time to stop and ask if I was happy with my room nice to meet somebody that thought customer service was important Would I recommend this hotel to my friends most certainly would I use this hotel when I am in that n area again Because of the service and value for money without doubt Thanks to all the team

Quick over night stay

Quick over night stay at the Farnborough hotel Nice and modern Clean and very well organised Lovely pool We had dinner in the restaurant and it was not bad 20 for the ribs about normal Friday night and to busy for me just personal taste Breakfast in the morning was much quieter Usual choices No jam for the croissant as they were having a delivery problem A lovely lady named SARAH managed to find me some Very good customer service Thankyou Happily stay here again

WHAT A DELIGHT

I was recently at the Village hotel Farnborough The whole staff at the hotel were very warm and friendly from the ladies at Starbuck who remembered my order from the following day to the smiling receptionist Great facilities and an ideal place to work Would recommend this hotel to anyone

Nottingham

NottinghamWe had a great stay at the Village Hotel Nottingham before Christmas We enjoyed a fab night at the Christmas party night with our group the food was good and it was great to be out dancing again We also all had a room for the evening which made the evening both convenient and more special The room was clean and comfy with a lovely breakfast the next morning A great time was had by all and thanks to Hannah for all her organising

Heron s Reach Blackpool is the place to go back to

My wife and I have had to cancel two foreign holidays this year due to government restrictions resulting from Covid We were therefore looking forward to a couple of nights rest and relaxation at the flagship leisure retreat Heron s Reach Village Hotel Blackpool From arrival to departure the staff could not do enough to make our stay a very enjoyable one They all had a nothing is too much trouble attitude and our room was clean warm and very comfortable especially the bed The staff at the Victory pub and grill went the extra mile to give us the best dining experience especially Josh Dave and Georgie Thank you all we will definitely be back

Terrific Basingstoke Hotel

Our stay was the result of a family member suffering a serious heart issue and being transported to Basingstoke Hospital Needless to say we were all shell-shocked on check-in but the staff were incredibly kind especially Monee in the restaurant who arranged for room service for us and brought the meals up herself We were pleased to find the rooms were very attractive and immaculately clean with the addition of a desk and chair huge TV and nice toiletries We will certainly return in happier circumstances

Stayed here 3 nights this week and was fortunate enough to have Sean on the bar all 3 nights He really loves his job and it shows through his customer service Greeting everyone kindly and warm and serving them with efficacy and professionalism Thank you Sean
