Long weekend break at the Dudley - Village Lovely hotel Parking was free after 5pm on Friday Check in was smooth and easy We stayed in 2x club rooms which were large clean and comfortable One was equipped with a Dyson fan had to pop to reception for the controller The other room had a standard fan Both rooms had Iron and Ironing boards already allocated to the rooms ESPA toiletries The alarm did go off at 1am on the first night We evacuated our rooms to the lobby to find everything had been sorted false alarm - luckily we did not need to leave the building During our time at the hotel a great service provided by the team but Nathan went above and beyond and managed to deal with every issue and concern with ease Service in the restaurant was excellent Breakfast was great not rushed Food was very good We used the pool jacuzzi and sauna and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities I usually end up opting to go to a Premier Inn but this time wanted something a bit different The Village had a great rate more amenities and free parking All in all we had an amazing time A long weekend away from it all Looking forward to booking into a Village Hotel again soon

We had a problem with our meal on the first night but the team went above and beyond to make the rest of our stay really special Easy check in out clean room friendly staff and a great meal on the second night Thank you Subash Dolly Antonija and the team at Basingstoke

We had a lovely Ladies meeting followed by lunch at the Village Hotel Solihull The staff were attentive to our needs during the meeting and buffet lunch was good We had no complaints

Village hotel in Blackpool never fails to disappoint on location and staff Scott one of the Managers went above and beyond to ensure or electric bikes were in a safe place overnight and near to a plug so we could charge them Such a lovely guy and a real asset to the hotel There is never a problem and always a solution when you have the right staff Another shout out to Dot in the shelter Skelter restaurant She makes fab poached eggs Now the down side Gluten free menu is poor Food took over an hour to come with people getting their meals before us yet ordered after us We were compensated with a complimentary drink for our long wait When my food came it was the wrong order so was sent back to the kitchen Came back wrong again By this time my husband had finished his meal Again bar staff lovely but it appeared lacked some order and system with orders Outdoor pool always a pull for us to keep coming back Download the Uber app as way cheaper than the taxi comoany you can phone at reception Thanks Scott for a job well done

Sabrina was very helpful and responsive when I was making arrangements to use a conference room for a staff event Even when I was emailing to change timings and what refreshments were wanted she was quick to respond and addressed all of my queries

I made a mistake with the dates booked via Booking com - I can t tell you how much Dan struggled with helping me to rebook in the end we didn t manage to sort it so after 6 hours apparently they had a computer glitch so I had to book via the Village app got the dates I needed same price as Booking com and Dan helped us all the way Very happy with room and daily room cleaning and pool facilities - we ll done Dan

I go to the local Village Hotels gym every week and the staff are helpful professional and friendly The gym equipment is up-to-date plentiful and very clean

Laura from reception was great and handled a stressful situation to the best of her abilties and donetta head of housekeeping was also a massive help in trying to locate missing items Great team

My thanks to Alice and the Ops team on duty at The Village Hotel Solihull on evening of Tuesday 15 February Excellent service from arrival to departure I hope she is on duty for our meeting next month when we will be entertaining a number of important guests

Visited Village Hotel Glasgow on Friday 15 April as my partner needed to visit the toilet It s rude to use a Companies facilities if not a customer guest so we popped into the bar for a beer The lady who served us was so friendly and chatty that I wanted to let Village Hotels know The time of our visit was around 2 30 pm I didn t want to ask her name however I hope her bosses are able to identify who was working the bar then I ve stayed in Village Hotel Glasgow a couple of times and it s a great place with great staff I just wanted to acknowledge my thanks to the lady who served me and I hope her boss gets to read this she s a credit to your Glasgow Hotel
